Chapter 30

*The next morning* Olivia's POV
"Olivia, Olivia wake up" I could hear a voice in my ear, gradually getting louder as I woke up. "Olivia come up wake up, it's time to wake up. You have school" I heard someone say to me. I groaned as I turned over and pulled the covers over my head. "Go away" I said under the covers.
"I know you don't want to go but you have to" he said. I could tell it was Simon as he was the only person in the room.

He then pulled the covers off me and I cried out as the cool air hit my body. I was only wearing shorts and a top. I hid my face as the light was blinding my eyes, I then felt Simon sit on top of me. He was straddling my waist, he pulled my hands away from my face. "Simon stop, it's too bright" I said as I continued to hide my face.

"But I want to see your beautiful face" he said as he pulled hands away from my face, then pinned my arms above my head. "Much better" he said as he looked down at me. "You big meanie" I said as I giggled at him. He then leant down and kissed me. "So beautiful" he whispered and this caused me to giggle again. We continued to kiss, he let go of my arms and they soon found their way around the back of his neck.

"You should really be getting ready to go" Simon said in between kisses. "Just a few more minutes" I said as I kissed him again. I then flipped over us so I was on top of him. I was now straddling his waist as I looked down at him. I lowered myself and started to kiss his neck. I felt him gasp slightly and I smiled into the kiss.

Another 5 minutes passed and we were still kissing. He then broke the kiss as he looked at me. "School. Now" he said laughing. "Ugh!" I groaned. I eventually got up from the bed and started to get ready for school. I'd much rather stay in bed with Simon, I mean come on, who wouldn't.

Simon's POV
Not long after our little make out session this morning, Olivia left for school with the rest of the guys. I was now by myself, I decided to make myself some food and watch TV. There was nothing much for me to do while they were gone, i was pretty bored.

After about an hour I found myself just flicking through TV channels, still as bored as ever. I then heard my phone ringing, I picked it and saw the screen flash up with an unknown number. I answered it and put the phone to my ear.
S- Simon U- Unknown
S: hello
U: hello is that Simon?
S: yes it is
U: perfect, I'm from the police station and I'm calling to inform you that your interview is tomorrow afternoon at 2pm
S: oh, ok thank you
U: please do not be late, this is very important
S: I'll make sure to be there on time
U: thank you, bye
S: bye

I hung up the phone and sat back in my seat. This was the moment I was dreading, the call for my interview. Tomorrow will determine whether I go to court or not. My heart began to race as I thought about it, I'm really not looking forward to this. I'm scared.

I tried to take my mind off it throughout the rest of the day, nothing really seemed to work. Mostly because I was home alone.

*Time skip to the others returning home*
The guys all piled into the house, I was in the living room watching TV. "Hey bro, you alright?" JJ said as he sat down next to me. "Yeah I'm alright, how was school?" I asked as the others walked into the room. "Meh, it's alright. We have a new maths teacher" Ethan said. "Oh you do?" I questioned.

"Yeah but he's no where near as good as you baby" Olivia said as she walked over and kissed me. "Come on guys, we're in the room" Josh added as the room was filled with laughter. "No one is as good as me" I replied winking at Olivia. "So what did you today?" She then asked me. "Not much, just watched TV. Oh and I got a call from the police" I added.

All the faces in the room then looked up at me. "What did they say?" Tobi asked me. "My interview is tomorrow at 2" I said. "You're gonna be fine bro" Harry added. "I sure hope so" I replied.

*Time skip to the night time*
Me and Olivia were lying in bed together, talking. "You alright Simon?" Olivia said as she looked up from our hug. "I'm ok, just nervous" I said as I looked at her. "You know we're all here for you, you're gonna be fine and no matter what they say, you're always gonna have us every step of the way" she added with a smile. I then kissed her forward "thank you, I know you do and I love you all for how much you've done for me. I especially love having you in my life, I would never change a thing" I said as I kissed her again.

"Come on let's try and get some sleep, we have a big day tomorrow" Olivia said as she sat up and kissed me goodnight. "Don't think I'm gonna get much sleep to be honest" I said as pulled the covers over us. "Just try and I'm right here if you need me" she said as she kissed me again. "Thank you, I love you" I said to her. "I love you too" she replied.

I then pulled her close to me and we lay in bed together. We both closed our eyes and listened to sound of silence in the room. As I was laying there all the thoughts flooded in my mind about tomorrow. I was getting scared now, I need to calm myself down otherwise I'll never fall asleep. I then relaxed myself as I drifted off, thinking about Olivia. She'll always be my rock.

So how will Simon's interview go, will he end up going to court?
I am really enjoying writing this story, hence why I can't stop updating, I have so many ideas about the next few chapters and can't wait to share them with you. Thank you for the comments, makes me so happy knowing that you all like this story :)
