Lauren's P.O.V
I couldn't sleep. All night I was restless. To think, she thought that she could keep something like this away from me? I was so upset when I was younger when my dad didn't keep in touch. It killed me. So for her to see me like I was and still keep it from me, in my opinion, is just plain selfish.

I was lying in bed. Early. It must of been around 6am, to which I didn't care. I just laid next to the love of my life, not caring. But soon I decided to get up and sit at my window sill, something I've done ever since I was little when I couldn't sleep. I'd watch the clouds go by, or the sun set, something along those lines. I just watched how pretty the sky was. In America, you're just too busy to notice the little things, but in England, you notice everything. I started to hear a small patter on the window, which soon turned into loud pelts as the English weather finally came to its true form as it started to rain. But I still sat there, watching it roll down the window. The cold creating fog on the glass, that I started to draw patterns in.

God knows how long I sat there, but it made me feel calmer, not angry or upset with anyone. It may seem stupid, but I felt better.

"Lauren.." Steven said shaking me slightly as I wake from leaning on the glass. I didn't even know I fell asleep, until I woke up.

"Hmm?" I hummed tiredly, turning to look at him.

"What are you doing over here? You're gonna hurt your neck if you keep you head like that." He said, obvious caring about how I am.

"Couldn't sleep.. came over here" I whispered so quietly I was surprised he heard me.

"Alright." He mumbled, scooping me up into his arms before sitting on the window himself and moving me in between his legs so my head was just below his.

"You know, we go back to filming in two weeks..." He whispered into my ear, softly, placing hands on my lower abdomen, where my small baby pump was growing.

"Yeah... meaning getting up at five in the morning." I said chuckling quietly, putting my hands on top of his.

"You sure you'll be okay?.. I don't want anything bad to happen... Not when everything is finally getting better and becoming right." He said honestly, stroking my stomach with his thumb.

I smiled to myself by how sweet and protective he is, which is something I've never witnessed before I met him. "I won't over do it. If I feel off or anything I'll stop."

"No, you'll tell me first. Then we will find you somewhere in the shade with some water. Honestly, I don't want you going but I know we can't go around that.." he finished talking, kissing my head sweetly.

I turned my head to face him and smiled, "You know how much I love you right?" I asked while moving one of my hands to his cheek.

"Course I do. And I love you just as much. Maybe even more." He smiled, tilting my head up and kisses me softly. I smiled and cuddled up to him, snuggling into his chest.

As soon as my eyes begin to drift shut, I felt a small but lingering kiss on my forehead as I let sleep take over me and finally become limb in his arms.

Steven's P.O.V
I felt useless. She's feeling guilty about her dad, she's angry at her mom, and I'm here in between it all. I'm obviously not gonna just walk out, but I think this could be dealt with better. Don't get me wrong, I love Lauren to bits, but when she has something to say, she says it. She doesn't care if she's right or wrong, or if it's good or bad, she wouldn't back down on her word. And with her stubbornness, I simple question could turn into a heated argument in seconds. I'm this case, the heated argument has been going on for years, and now, it's gotten worse.

After around an hour, I carefully move Lauren to the bed and get changed. I took one of the letters and looked at the address before typing it into my phone and finding out where it is. As I hear Lauren start to wake, I put the letter back and walk over to her. I simply tell her that I'm going out and that I should be back soon.

It turned out that the house was pretty close so I didn't need to call a cab and I could just walk. And that's exactly what I did.

It took a while due to the fact England is somewhere that I'm not familiar with, but I eventually got there. I stood in front of the house that was assumed to be Lauren's Dad. I built up the courage and walked down the path to where the door stood, waiting for someone to knock. Slowly, I lifted my hand and thudded the door three times waiting for an answer. I heard a bark of a dog and sniffing noises before the door was unlocked and opened, revealing a tall man that you could tell was Lauren's Dad just by his facial features.

"Hello. Can I help you?" The man asked, with a raspy, deep voice. He was quite tidy, clean shaven, grey hair slick back and somewhat posh clothes.

"Uh.. yeah... I'm Steven Yeun.. um.. just out of curiosity, do you notice this?" I asked, pulling out one of the letters that was sent to Lauren as a child.

He looked at me confused for a second before reaching his hand out, "Jeff. Jeffery Cohan. Come in.." he said calmly, shaking my hand before moving to the side to let me in.
"I feel like we've got a lot to talk about."
