Here I am in Africa's wilderness,
North of the lush savannas down below,
And where sandstorms are no longer pure absurdness.
-
As the sand dunes billow
Through the harsh region,
I'm strayed by the dust.
-
I'm now lost in nature's fiercest legions,
Where the gusts
Are so ferocious that it can bury me right away.
-
Then I stumbled among an oasis
One sunny day.
It is pleasant compared to the sandy crisis.

A/N: This poem is based loosely on a poem named "Goats and a Herder" from Multifarious Poesy by JakiboyOmega. I would say that most of his poems were alluded to Greek and Roman mythology. For you, especially if you are fans of Greek and Roman mythology, I strongly suggest you to read his poems.
