Every Cloud Has a Silver Lining

"Every cloud has a silver lining,"

As I said under my breath.

Things are worsening

In terms of today's truth.

Everyone in town

Seems to be down

From all the fears

And all the tears.

Everywhere is dangerous

And extremely perilous

From all the accidents

And all its detriments.

Every time, there is risks

Of suspicions and frisks

From all the epidemics

And all the polemics.

The future is still unknown

To all human beings,

But I know that in this zone,

There is still something glowing.

In the dark skies,

Where hope still shine in our eyes.

A/N: This is actually from Reflection, but I will delete Reflection for good. Have you heard of about the latest news? I heard not only about ISIS bombings in several countries and celebrity disasters, but also countless others that have to do with the depressing reality of today. This is a poem dedicated to those who may be suffering from all kinds of problems. I cannot fully empathize with your issues, but I hoped this poem would brighten your heart.

I based this poem on several poems from The Broken Poet by Reader_tweety. I'll suggest you to read her poems because they are very great heartbreaking and heartwarming poems in that book. So if you like this poem, comment, vote, and share. Over and out.
