chapter twenty nine - july 2

"What are we doing?" she questioned Aqua, feeling regret crawling up her skin. She face palmed herself, while shaking her head as well. She was currently facing Aqua, with both of their hair tied up and black markings on their cheeks. "Where did you even get these?"

She shrugged, and faced Alaska with a warrior-like stance. "Somewhere online."

Alaska gawked at her like she was crazy, but after knowing her in these few short days, she already concluded that she was indeed a tiny bit crazy. "Are you sure this is safe?"

Aqua nodded. "Of course. I swear this will be fun. At least that's what it looks like in those videos. Oh my god, those have me cracking up! You'll be lying if you said it didn't make you laugh as well," she said, giving her a pointed look and a raised eyebrow.

"I mean," she recalled back to last night where Aqua had shown her those videos, and they had spent hours on end, just laughing until tears clouded their eyes, "I guess," she chuckled.

"Don't be such a party-pooper," she whined. "It'll be fine!" she said jumping up and down, having to fix her fallen headband.

Alaska rolled her eyes and sighed. "Guess it could be fun."

"Of course it'll be," Aqua beamed. "Okay, on 3 we charge."

"Okay," Alaska nodded, getting into her ready position.

Aqua raised up her hands in the fighting sense, and wore a 'you're going down' look. She gave Alaska a mischievous smile, and Alaska gulped in nervousness. Aqua may have a little body, but she can attack. She's already seen her pounce on Gray's back when they were having one of their fun sibling arguments. Let's just say, Gray couldn't stand up straight for a few hours.

"1..." Alaska and Aqua gave each other challenging looks, "2..." They leveled their gazes, and Aqua motioned for Alaska to come towards her. "3... CHARGE!!" she yelled running towards Alaska.

Except they did the same thing, and they literally bounced off each other. They both fell to the ground, bounced, then just stayed there. They both tried to get back up by moving their arms and legs, but it was useless.

Aqua tried to pull herself back up, but then plopped back down to the ground when she failed again. "This was a terrible idea," she groaned, reaching out for the air yet again, but got nothing.

Alaska kept on rolling around, trying to get back up again. "Wow, I wonder who's brilliant idea this was?" she questioned sarcastically.

"Hey!" Aqua exclaimed. "Why are you being so sarcastic all of a sudden?" She basically gave up by now, and stopped moving. She just laid there in defeat, breathing heavily.

"We're stuck!" Alaska screamed. She somehow managed to get on her stomach. She placed her hands on the ground and used her feet as support to push herself of the ground. "It worked!" she exclaimed once she was on her feet again. She smiled down at Aqua, laughing a bit. "This is fun."

"Help a friend out here," Aqua said, holding out her hand.

Alaska pretended to think about it for a bit, placing her finger on her chin and repeatedly tapping it against there. "Hmm, let me think about that."

Aqua groaned. "Ha ha, very funny." Alaska chuckled before going towards her friend and helped her up, only to be pushed back down again. Aqua proceeded to jump up and down like a little kid. "Now that's funny!" she giggled happily, before running away with a goofy smile.
