Don't Make Me Choose

Sean and Ari were really enjoying their dinner with their families after Sean's ceremony just laughing and catching up it was great. Sean felt like with everything that has happened he felt like it was all worth it. Joan and Myra was talking about how they were going to spoil their future grandchild while Eddie and James were scheduling a fishing trip it was just great.

Ariana's POV: I feel like every time we come to Detroit Sean's and I relationship gets stronger and stronger; seeing our families get together they always laughing and enjoying each others company. Who would have thought after all we went through Sean and I would still be stronger than ever. As I was talking to Morgan I see a woman walk in and my mood instantly changes.

Sean's POV: As I was talking to Brett I look over at Ari and see that something was wrong of course I immediately think of the baby until I followed where Ari's eyes were looking and than I instantly knew why she was frozen Jhene had walked in with Dot. Ever since the breakup Ariana never trusted Jhene which is understandable.

As the families were talking and enjoying their time Jhene walks up to them to say Hi Sean kept playing with Morgan trying not to make eye contact with Jhene. Myra was starting to see how uncomfortable Sean and Ari was so she politely asked her to leave.

Myra: Jhene we are really trying enjoy our family dinner

Jhene: I just want to say congrats to Sean on getting the key to the city (undressing him with her eyes)

Ari: Jhene if you don't mind stop undressing my husband with your eyes Twenty88 hasn't been a group for a year 

Sean: Jhene I thought we agreed to be friends if I got Ari back please don't try and ruin my marriage

Jhene: I know and I'm sorry (she said looking down ashamed) 

With that Jhene asked Ariana if she could speak to her in private at first Ari was nervous than she remembered that she was pregnant so Jhene couldn't do anything so she agreed to go and talk to Jhene. 

Jhene: I just want to say you have every right to not trust me but I want you to know I will never try to come between you and Sean yes I do find him attractive and I did want to date him but I could tell that you always had his heart and I never had a chance all I want to say is I am sorry and one day we can become good friends.

Ari: I accept your apology and I get it but only time will tell if we will become friends however we can coexist in the same places.

Jhene: I can accept that and see you around Ariana (Jhene said hugging Ari)

Once Ari was done with her conversation she went back inside and sat back down by Sean; he asked her if she was alright.

Sean: Baby are you okay

Ari: Yeah I'm fine she just wanted to apologize (She said smiling at Sean)

Sean: oh okay that's good

Ariana started yawning which was a sign that it was time to go home; with that they got their checks and head home this trip to Detroit was going to be as long as the last one because the VMAs was next weekend and Ariana was being honored. Sean and Ari left first and their families were right behind them.

Sean: Babe I really loved your speech I didn't know you were going to speak how come you tell me (he said laughing)

Ari: I wanted to surprise you (she said smiling)

Sean: Well you really did surprise me are you excited about the VMAs babe

Ari: Yes I am I'm still surprised that they are honoring me I haven't been in the business that long
