CHAPTER 0053
Anonymous POV

When she sent him away, he remained unmoved where she left him.
When she told him to go away, he is secretly looking after her.
When she closed the gate, he is hopelessly shivering outside alone.
When she closed the light, he turned around with a grin left in his face.

---------------------------------03:42 AM, when Andie Lee left, there stood a young man, questioning himself questions he himself do not want to be answered. For his eyes have finally shown him what he has been doubting all along.
He isn't angry. He just hated himself for the sight he just witnessed. What he saw was far from what he expected, and he hated that sight, but still, when he thought he was just a few meters away from that woman, he couldn't help himself, he couldn't help but to remain to take a final glance at her face.
He was freezing outside, but he dare not to move another step. He was foolish enough to think after what he said to her, she will come out of that gate and offer him an umbrella. He waited for more than 40 minutes, 40 long minutes that seemed so endless.
He watched her from a distance; he saw how she smiled in the simplest things, and how she laughed at her clumsiness. He wanted to go closer to her, but he can't.
When she left him, he saw the same look he saw in her eyes when they first met, her eyes full of sadness and sorrow. He was a man of his words, he was a man who never takes back what he said, but when he met her eyes, he wanted to apologize and ask for her forgiveness, but it was too late. It was too late. Now all he can do is to watch her from distance and leave when his heart tells him to..
*Zeffa: in deep thought*
"Is that where you live?"
"If you call that home, then how shall I call it?"
"If a human being can live there, then what am I?"
"Are you making a joke out of me? If you are, come kick me, so I could say you are."
"Come, and end this nightmare. I beg of you."
