Mark's POV

"AhHhHh!!!" Ang tagal ng lintik na elevator na ito!" I yelled as I banged my hands in the elevator! I am so nervous right now! My knees were shaking! At ang bilis bilis ng tibok ng puso ko! Why!? Because of Zeffa! But not because of my hatred with Zeffa! This time, it is because I was concerned for Zeffa!!! Yes, I am concerned for Zeffa!

Few minutes ago, when I was back at the President's house, Ms. Lorainne called me, but not about the usual "kumusta ka" thing! She immediately told me to check on my laptop to listen to a voice recording! And not just a voice recording! It was a voice recording that happened a few minutes ago between her and the President!

Nang marinig ko ang usapan nila, at first, I thought nothing wrong was happening, but when I heard the end of the conversation, I almost had a heart attack! Zeffa Montiel sounds like he has been attacked! And not just attacked! I heard how the suspect enjoys torturing him!

After listening to the voice recording, in a trembling voice, she immediately told me to please check on Zeffa at the company's rooftop! And that is where I am going!

The elevator opened on the 25th floor.

Linapitan ko siya, I run. At nang malapit na ako sa kanya, I saw a person standing in front of him!

The suspect!

Oh, he is not going to get away!!!

"Freeze!!!" I yelled with all my might! "Freeze, you criminal!!!" He raised his hand in position for surrender. But when we are about to walk towards him.. He ran!

"After him! You are not going to get away!!!"

All of us, 11 men, chased the suspect. How dare he torture Zeffa! We chased him, but he was too fast! And he took the stairs! Oh you are so dead! I don't think you have the stamina to run all the way down, but my men have! They are special forces trained for this! You can't get past us!

16th Floor! Oh, I am beggining to wear down! But no! I can't give up now! I can't, especially knowing that Lorainne is counting on me!

15th Floor, the special forces and I began searching seperately, that way, we could cover more ground! Augh! That criminal is very good at hiding! Magtago na siyang mabuti kung ayaw niyang mag New Year sa kulungan! ArgGgg! Kung bakit ba kasi naisipang ipa turn-off ni Mighty Zeffa ang CCTV! Di sana kanina pa namin nahuli ang walang hiyang criminal na yun!

14th floor, I am starting to loose my cool! Saan ba siya nagpunta!? ArGgGg! He can't escape us! Pag nakatakas siya wala akong maihaharap kay baby Lorainne ko!

I slowly searched around the 13th floor! I was slowly approaching the elevator when I heard a tiny noise behind me! I turned around and I saw a shadow lurking behind the pillar! Oh, he is so dead!!! I tiptoed near him! I took a deep breath! Now I am going to unleash my wrath on him!

I clenched my fist preparing for a fight! Sumilip ako! And I saw it! There really is a person behind the pillar! I took a deep breath.. I am ready! I am so ready!

I moved around the pillar, close enough to punch him right in the face! But I am not unfair! I don't attack from behind! So what I am going to do is.. I am going to tap his shoulder, and give him enough time to show his face to me before he kiss my fist!

Now, time for the moment of truth!

Mark Lopez. Today, you become a man!

"Let's do this!" I murmured.

I stepped forward. Tapped his shoulder. He slowly turned around.. he slowly... slowly.. slowly...
