Andie's POV

"Humanda ka sa akin.." I said while looking at him. Pshh, alam ba niya kung gaano ako napagod sa kakahanap sa kanya!? Pwede naman siyang mag-paalam kung gusto niya munang mapag-isa, hindi yung mukha akong tangang hanap ng hanap sa taong pagkalaki-laki eh hindi ko makita!

Zeffa's POV

"What am I saying? I know you don't like grungy looking girls so there's no point in saying but."

Ma, I don't like grungy looking girls. I also don't like honorable looking woman. All of them are the same; they easily fall for man with great reputation and good looks. All of them have the same aim, to marry a prince charming. All of them are the same.. except her.

Andie's POV

"Ma, she isn't grungy, she's loud, but she's very awesome.."

"Whose awesome? You little potato."

"Why are you here?"

"Wh..why am I here? Iniwan mo lang naman ako kanina!"

He looked away. "That's why I asked, "why are you here?"

"What?"

I don't understand, why does his simple answer brought ache to my heart? I was expecting that.. I even rehearsed my answer if he's going to say that.. But still, why can't I find the words to tell him now that I am looking straight in his cold eyes?

I took a deep breath. I needed that. I was honestly concerned about him, but.. why does he have to treat me this way?

"I asked you, what are you doing here?"

"Right, I came for you. I came for you to return something." Hinanap ko sa bulsa ko yung susi ng kotse niya.

"Aren't you standing here because you were looking for me?"

No response.

"You don't need to search for it. I have a duplicate key." I stopped searching.

"Really?" I forced a smile. "Then I'm leaving."

"..Why?"

"What do you mean why? Isn't that the reason why you came here? To be alone?"

I answered with all my strength gathered as I hear my voice tremble. My knees were shaking. I never felt this way before. I was never turned down or ignored. I especially feel bad for today because of the lengths I have to go through to find him only to be asked "why are you here?".

All this time, I thought he really wanted to accompany me, but I was wrong. I know I sounded unreasonable, but how does he expect me to behave after leaving me? I am a woman, and no matter what he do or say, I am still a woman.

"I did not come here to be alone. Actually, I wanted to..to..."

"To what?"
