Two children were playing in the living room - there was Sugawara Tooru who is a 2 year old cutie who used to get more attention from ladies, including old women. At home, he always tries his hardest to get your, his mum, attention so you could play with him but as an officer in a busy city you'd send the kids to your siblings' place. Until one day, you were pregnant with another baby boy.

Your husband was a happy guy, again.

"2 years ago was on our anniversary and now my birthday!" was your husband's happy response before he attacks you with kisses and puts you down after spinning you in the air. "Tell me again, when can we go for soundcheck? But that doesn't matter 'cause a boy or a girl is perfect. Oh, (y/n) honey, I'm so excited I could eat y-"

"Whoa there, hold your horses, Koushi love." You cut him off before he could continue his words - and blush if he dares finish them - and giggled, "We can have an appointment in a month time. I just found out this morning."

7 months later after the birth of your second child, things got a bit... challenging for you and the kids.

Tooru does not like his baby brother, Sugawara Tobio.

He'd bite the baby's finger, block him from crawling further and sometimes shakes his crib so the baby could not sleep. Tobio only whined and did not shed a tear until one day you were cooking along with Koushi. Tooru had two volleyballs before him and he played with one, tossing it and it landed in his hands as he giggled. From the corner of his eye, he saw Tobio crawling towards the ball with sparkling eyes. Tooru didn't like that look so he used his short leg to kick the ball away. Not expecting the baby to cry loudly, he rolled his eyes and huffed in a snobby way.

He was wrong.

Slowly, Tobio's small lips quiver and his eyes turned glassy. With a strong lung, he cried so loud even in the city 2 hours drive from their place could hear him. Tooru's eyes went big.

That's when you and Koushi walked in to find Tobio crying. "Tooru, what did you do?!" You panicked, hoping your second son wasn't hurt. Well, obviously you'd be worried; it was the first time Tobio has ever cried since his birth.

Tooru's eyes also watered when his dad tapped on his foot. "B-B-But mama!" He looked from you to Koushi, "P-Papa, I didn't do a-anything!"

Koushi softened and he picked up Tooru who immediately sobbed on his shoulder. "It's okay, buddy. Mama is only worried. Tobio is just a fragile baby. You have to be his big brother and protect him, you know?"

"T-Tobio-chan a-always steal m-mama from me..." Tooru murmured, wiping away his tears.

You were surprised. "Tooru, I can never be away from you even if the waves tries to pull me away. You are always my baby and so does Tobio. I love you boys. Don't think like that ever again, okay?"

Tooru nodded. "Mm. Gomen ne, mama."

"It's okay, Tooru-chan." You kissed his forehead.

"Mmmm..." Tobio mumbled in your shirt and peeked to look at Tooru. "Aaaaa...!"

"That's your onii-san, Tobio." You whispered, "Are you hungry already? He looks really distracted."

Koushi shrugged, "I think so- Oh. The volleyball."

"What?"

Koushi bend down to pick up the volleyball, "Tobio likes this ball, that's why I bought two."

"Then why is he crying? He never cries randomly before, not even for attention."

"Heh, he likes the ball more than you, (y/n)." Koushi laughed, earning a pout from you. "I'm kidding. When they grow up, I want to teach them volleyball and go to Nationals if they can."

"Great, I'll have rowdy volleyball players in this house. Just great, Koushi. When we get a girl, I'm letting her join pastry classes."

"When we get a girl, huh?" He played with his eyebrows.

"Oh, damn."
