AU ; Karasuno is a gangster group with supernatural powers. The same goes with Nekoma, Aoba Johsai, and Fukurodani. Reader is (like) the queen or second-in-command in Karasuno.

As second-in-command in a gangster's group wasn't easy but it wasn't hard to handle either. You are the 2nd leader when Daichi, the first leader, isn't around to boss his boys around. Most of the boys listened to your command because you're a woman - women are scary when no one listens to them.
Today is the day when Daichi, Suga, and Asahi aren't around. They were called by Nekoma's, another gangster group, leader to track down a group of drug smugglers. I bet you're asking, 'Why are gangsters capturing drug smugglers when they are bad people themselves?'. Karasuno and 3 other groups aren't exactly gangsters; they are just group of isolated individuals who stayed away from the public and humans.
The 4 groups are supernatural beings - they owned powers after joining the group. Nekoma has super strength, Karasuno breathes and attacks enemies with fire, Aoba Johsai has unlimited fighting skills and Fukurodani uses forbidden swords and guns to attack their enemies.

"Hinata, you idiot! That's the 10th ball you burned! Do you know how much it cost?!" You heard Kageyama yelling at a particular person and rolled your eyes. While the boys (plus Yachi and Kiyoko) had nothing to do, either they play an unfamiliar game called volleyball or some would practice their powers against dolls in the combat room.
You approached the 2 and pinched their ears. "You two.. Instead of yelling and ripping each other's throats, do something useful like practicing to use your powers. Okay?" Even though you smiled, the 2 thought otherwise and winced at your expression.
"S-Sorry, (f/n)-sama." They chorused and left the net to join the others.
Out of all the boys in your group, only you, Yachi and Kiyoko can do the 'fire tornado'. Fire tornado is one of the powers where you are in deep concentration to make fire turning in circles like a tornado. It lasted for 5 minutes until the tornado exploded, the whole room can caught in fire. The reason why you 3 can do it and not the boys because you passed the level. As for the boys, not so good. They tried once and nearly burned down their home. Daichi forbids them to do it and allows the girls to use Fire Tornado in case of emergency.
You approached Kiyoko and Yachi who had fire covering their arms, controlling it. "You alright there, girls?" You asked.
Kiyoko seemed unsure. "Even though we are allowed to use Fire Tornado, I fear someone might get hurt. The 3 other groups are our friends and they join our battles all the time. What if we hurt them, (f/n)-sama?"
Yachi agreed. "I tried doing Fire Tornado again last night and I nearly burned Hinata's hair." She shook at the memory.
"Is it possible you two might lose your energy from it? Maybe it's your lack of concentration."
"Maybe so. That's why we're practicing again," Kiyoko activated fire on her arms again and it quickly dispersed. "See? It keeps fading out and it didn't last long like it used to."
"Strange. We'll ask Daichi about it later." You excused yourself and found yourself joining Tanaka and Noya. "Hey, you two. Are you.. throwing fire balls at Tsukishima and Yamaguchi?" You sweatdropped when Tsukki wasn't reacting and Yams was shaking a little.
"Yeah! Wanna join us?" Noya grinned.
"But why? They're your brothers."
"Because Tsukishima lost at arm wrestling! As for Yamaguchi.. He happened to be in the area when Tsukishima lost." Tanaka explained nonchalantly.
"I was just passing by! What did I do to deserve this treatment?!" Yams shouted from the distance in a betrayed tone, crying crocodile tears.
But you giggled at the freckled-face boy and wave your hand at him. "It's okay, Tadashi! All of you are fire proof; you won't die anyway!"
"But it stings when I get hit by Tanaka and Noya-san's fireballs!" Yams argued, inching closer to Tsukki who casually stands there, hands in pocket.
"Just get on with it." Tsukishima urged, his frown deepen.
"Yosh!" Tanaka's palms formed a fire ball and he threw his arm back before aiming it to Tsukki first. The fire ball instead hits beside Tsukishima's feet. "Aww! I was aiming for your d*ck!" Tanaka's shoulder slouched in disappointment.
Tsukishima didn't like that statement. "Hah?! I am maybe fire proof but my d*ck isn't something to mess with, Tanaka-san! I need it to pee!"
"Eeeek!" Yamaguchi jumped back from Noya's fire ball when it aimed for his shoulder. "Noya-san! Last week you burned my knee! Not my shoulder too!" He exclaimed.
"You boys are cruel." You shook your head before your hands touched the two's butt cheeks and shock them with your own fire ball.
"(f/n)-SAMA!" They cried out before running around holding their butts.
After that, Daichi and 2 others returned from their duties and they had new bruises on their limbs. Asahi had a busted lip.
"Whoa. What the hell happened?" You approached the older ones.
"The drug smugglers were ninjas, that's what. Since we only fight with fire, we were basically outnumbered. Asahi got it worse but he managed to pry them off his back. Suga got knocked out, twice." Daichi told.
"I hate ninjas." Suga mumbled disapprovingly. "How's babysitting? Did the boys trouble you?"
"Nah but Kiyoko and Yachi had problems with their powers. They seemed to fade out quickly and it didn't last long like it used to be."
"Oh that's normal. One of the reason is they don't rest enough. Remember when you 3 used up Fire Tornado in a heated battle between us and the American Mafia? That wasn't long ago, you know." Daichi assured.
"We could have learned Fire Tornado but we're not stable enough to do that. So we depended on you girls a lot during that battle. I'm sorry." Suga bowed.
"It's fine, Suga. Really. We were honored to fight with you."
