THE EVENTS A FEW NIGHTS ago were still haunting Aurora. Being sat next to a crying Andrea wasn't how she expected to return back to camp. If anything, Aurora had been expecting an unhappy and slightly mutilated Merle. And maybe things would of been better if Merle was there, because a) there would be the chance that Merle got bit instead of Amy or Jim, and b) if Merle did survive, he could of protected the camp.
And now, after saying a tearful goodbye to Morales and his family, Aurora was sat in Dale's RV, feeling ultimately sick. Technically, she should be happy about going to the CDC, because of the hope that Rick had for it. But, Aurora just couldn't see that. It could of been the fact that Amy has died that triggered Aurora's depression mood, but one thing was for sure, Aurora wasn't in her mania state anymore.
"You seem quiet," Glenn said, suddenly. He caught Aurora off guard, and the woman looked up to stare at the man. Slowly, Aurora rose to her feet and walked towards Glenn, sitting herself down next to him.
"You seem distant," Aurora replied, nudging Glenn slightly. He smiled down at Aurora, and she stretched her arms out in front of her, before sighing, "I'm still in shock over loosing Jim and Amy. They were good people, you know."
"Yeah," Glenn agreed. Aurora pouted her lips at the frown that had taken place on Glenn's face. He tried, and failed, to stay serious, but it was Aurora raising her eyebrows stupidly at him that made him laugh. She chuckled. She hadn't slept yet, and was fighting any impulsiveness. She had been rationing lithium, which was helping, but the dosage was nowhere near what she needed. And she didn't want to tell anyone about her disorder.
"You look wide way," Glenn commented, glancing at Aurora. "You on something?"
Aurora scoffed and nudged him hard, making him chuckle.
"I'm a vampire," Aurora said, causally, now turning back to Glenn.
"Well, if you're not gonna sleep," Glenn began, stretching his arms up. He put his head on her shoulder, seeing as there was a lack of space in the RV for sleep, anyway. Aurora didn't mind. She didn't mind at all.

Sometime when Glenn was asleep, he turned his head and fell against the floor. Somehow, he remained asleep. He woke up and looked at Aurora.
"Did you sleep?" he asked, yawning.
"Like a baby," Aurora replied.
She turned her attention to the CDC that the RV was parked outside of. Aurora didn't know how to react when she saw the dozens of dead bodies littering the ground around the CDC. Flies swarmed in the air, and more then once, and she felt as though she would throw up; the smell of blood was too much. Glenn caught up to Aurora, and two walked in silence towards the large doors of the CDC.
Shane was the first to do something in attempt to get the doors opened. He banged his fist angrily against the shutters, causing noise to shatter the quietness of the city around them. Aurora's heart jolted as she continued to watch the world around her, increasingly aware of the walkers that could still be alive.
"There's nobody here," T-Dog sighed, gesturing around for vehicles.
"Then why are these shutters down?" Rick asked, clearly convinced that there was some form, a beacon of hope, waiting for them.
