"Aurora, I need your help,"
AURORA POUTED HER LIPS, BEFORE AVERTING her soft eyes to the RV door. Glenn was stood in the door frame, his hands in his pockets, and a guilty look on his face. Rolling her eyes, Aurora sat up, bringing her legs to her chest and resting her head on her knees.
"Sit," Aurora offered, gesturing the small area in front of her. Glenn nodded, shuffling towards Aurora and squeezing opposite her. She scanned his body language, knowing at once that he was trying to hide something. The way that his skin had paled, and the sweatiness of his hands were an easy give away.
"So, you know the walkers in the barn?" Glenn begun. Aurora pushed her legs out in front of her, folding her arms.
"Yeah," she said, bluntly. Her voice was hard, as if challenging Glenn to suggest something dumb.
"Look, I've been thinking, and we should tell Rick and the others," Glenn explained, "they'll find out at some stage."
"And risk being kicked out of the farm?" Aurora questioned, standing to her feet. Glenn stood up, too, taller than Aurora. She looked up at him, trying to avoid the fact that she probably looked ridiculous, not being threatening at all.
"You'd rather risk being eaten alive?" Glenn retorted. Aurora furrowed her eyebrows before taking Glenn's hat from him. She glanced around, before her eyes fell upon Daryl's lighter. Before Glenn could react, she picked up the small metal item and held it to his beloved hat, the same smirk on her lips.
"I'm not risking Sophia not being found, and more people dying," Aurora said, thinking she had the upper hand, "you tell them, and your hat will be no more."
"You wouldn't dare," Glenn gasped, his mouth open. Aurora arched her eyebrow, before flicking the flint with her thumb, a small flame igniting in the darkness of the RV.
"You think so?" she smirked, holding the lighter closer to Glenn's hat.
"You're actually comparing my hat to people being eaten alive?" Glenn asked, shrugging, "besides, you seemed like you liked the hat. I was going to give it to you anyway."
"What, no," Aurora started, dropping the lighter and following Glenn out the door.
Glenn came to a stop in front of the group, and they turned to look at him, stopping what they were doing. Aurora groaned to herself, knowing that Shane would literally loose his mind when he finds out. And maybe it's because she's scared of the consequences, but Aurora just couldn't stand by and let everything fall apart.
"Um, guys," Glenn started, clearing his throat. Aurora hurried to his side, her eyes pleading with him to not tell the group. "Aurora has something to say."
Aurora blinked several times, her eyes cold like ice as they slowly turned to Glenn. He shrugged, patting her on the back, and she realised that he had literally tricked her into doing the thing she was so afraid of doing. And now, with all eyes on her, Aurora didn't have much of a choice in what to say.
"Yeah, I have something to say," Aurora repeated, her heart pounding. It was like she was having a panic attack, as all of a sudden, the oxygen around her seemed to have disappeared. Glenn, though he stabbed her in the back, sensed her nerves.
