~+~+~+~"WOW. You look really pretty." Brett mumbled as my sister, Danny, and I left Ryan's car.
"Awe, thank you, Brett. You're a pretty little girl too tonight." Danny said mockingly, punching his arm before walking ahead of us towards the house.
"Fûck you, Danny. You wish you were a pretty little girl." Brett called after him, causing my immature cousin to turn around and flip him his middle fingers while sticking out his tongue like a rocker.
Aurora giggled beside me, looking like a little fairy princess in her breezy white sleeveless dress. Her hair was pulled back in two loose braids in the front giving her a crown where she had stuck a couple of flowers randomly. The rest of her dark tresses fell down her exposed back in perfect bouncy curls with the added bit of sparkles mixed in with her hairspray.
"Let me try that again," Brett scratched the back of his head, seemingly completely transfixed in her radiant beauty. "You look beautiful, Aurora."
Unable to hold back my smile, I looped my arm around my sisters as she blushed; for once speechless as she looked at the handsome Brett so clearly courting her. His light blue eyes never left her green ones and I finally understood all the fuss Emma made about her favourite ships. I was a total Brett and Rora shipper.
"Come on," I pulled on her arm, taking Brett's with my other one as he just stood there. "I gave Aurora a few hours so show her a good time, won't you?"
Avoiding the high group of kids sitting on the front porch, I entered the music pounding house, feeling completely sick to my stomach. I already hated this.
"I'll go get you two ladies something to drink," Brett chivalrously suggested loudly above the slow pounding bass of The Weeknds 'The Hills'. "Tyler and I have a stash in his truck." He chuckled before leaving us in the dark crowded room.
I looked at Aurora taking in the room, her green eyes shamelessly watching countless of couples make out in front of her. "This is amazing." She concluded with a large grin spreading on her face, intertwining her fingers in mine before pulling me deeper into the house.
"Amazing." I scoffed, avoiding eye contact with all the curious stares as I self-consciously tugged at my side fishtail braid Aurora had done for me.
Of course, like the bubbly person Rora was, she soon squeezed herself into a conversation a large group of girls were having about the football team this year. She might adore the players like most girls, but Rora was actually a huge football buff.
"-Oh and this is my dorky sister, Ailie," she pulled me to her side, smiling up at me sweetly as everyone turned to me curiously, looking me up and down and judging my appearance. "She's a senior like you, Daniella."
"Awe, that's so sweet that she brought you along tonight." A gorgeous girl with short brown hair, dark caramel skin, and ruby red lips smiled at me, holding the signature red solo cup in her hand.
"If anyone brought anyone, it was her." I laughed shyly, tugging at the loose sleeves of my jumper.
"You guys don't look or even act alike at all," a girl with vibrant purply red hair pointed out before flipping her short curls out of her sharp blue eyes, "That's Daniella," she pointed to the girl who had just spoken, "These three are Amelia, Arianna, and Cory." She nodded to the girls on Aurora's side, "And I'm Jessica but you can call me Jessie."
