Worst Gig-Vintage Trouble (Bon Jovi Support Band) at Murrayfield Stadium, Edinburgh
With an arena as big as Murrayfield filled to the brim with fans awaiting the amazing Bon Jovi, you might fiddle around with the volume switches on your amps. That was the downfall for the California rockers, everything was just too busy, and it was rather painful to hear. Their mix of rock and soul sound wasn’t pleasing when Ty Taylor, the vocalist, couldn’t be heard over the band. No one sang with them because no one understood him. The crowds reaction was simple, ignore them and attempt to talk to the person you came with, but no one could hear what that person was saying. Every instrument was cranked to full volume and the entire set was just plain overkill, they were on a mission to kill everyone’s eardrums instead of playing decent music. Sorry guys but sometimes less is more! I won’t be looking out for their albums.
