My Songs of the Month

It’s official! My list of top ten singles that have been the soundtrack of April, 2012 is here and bursting with fresh and legendary musicians. New or old they are all here in one list.

Top 10

1. Almost Easy by Avenged Sevenfold

A reminder of The Revs talent and love for music, as every fan says, he isn’t gone God just needed drum lessons. FoREVer in our hearts and minds.

2. Dirty Little Secrets by All American Rejects

Another catchy floor filler from the American rockers, if their new album, Kids In The Street has any belters like this then we are onto a winner.

3. Save It For The Bedroom by You Me At Six

A timeless classic that never goes a miss at a party, not bad for their debut single.

4. Kiss Me Again by We Are The In Crowd feat. Alex Gaskarth

With the help of Alex Gaskarth (All Time Low) WATIC have produced a sweet, summery song to get us through the cold weather outside.

5. Before The Lobotomy by Green Day

Punk at it’s finest, taken from 21st Century Breakdown, Green Day show that they aren’t just pretty faces and American Idiots.

6. La Grange by ZZ Top

Catchy and addictive there is a reason it is still legendary after being released in 1973.

7. The One by Octane Ok

With impressive key changes Octane Ok have done very well for themselves after landing some airtime on Kerrang! TV.

8. Pretty Handsome Awkward by The Used

One of their best known tracks but still ass kicking after all these years.

9. Feeling Good by Muse

Muses punk rock twist on this theatrical classic can make anyone feel good. Eccentric but brilliant.

10. The River by Good Charlotte feat. M. Shadows and Synyster Gates

Punk and metal infused with screamed lyrics and amazing guitar solos, one of their best songs by far!
