The gals living that retired house life with all their kids.

"It's Hope's turn to take them." Tobin yelled distracted from the living room, eagerly watching a soccer game on the big screen.
"Babe, she asked us to do it last week, remember? I don't wanna go alone." Christen said back, not getting a response in return. She sighed, before walking into the room where her wife was seated. Tobin was slamming her arms out wide as she furiously watched the tv. Christen entered the room and couldn't help but smile at the sight of it.
"Sorry, did you say something?" Tobin looked up, sounding clueless to Christen's response. The younger girl shook her head.

Without words, Christen went to sit down on Tobin's lap, blocking the tv. Tobin was about to say something, but took a deep breath instead.
"Babe," She started quiet, trying to remain calm and collected. "Mhm." Christen answered, slowly running her fingers down the other girls arm, playing both innocent and clueless.
"As much as I enjoy this view," Tobin continued, hinting towards her wife. She was about to continue the sentence further, but stopped herself when she met Christen's eyes. Her wife definitely didn't want her to finish that sentence, so she left it hanging in the air.

"I'll come with you." Tobin sighed, shaking her head at how easy she let herself be manipulated by the other girl. Christen happily stood up, satisfied smile on her face.
"It's not fair, you're too good looking for your own good." Tobin turned off the tv and turned back towards her wife. Christen smiled coyly.
"You'd think after all these years you'd be able to resist." Christen joked, now pulling Tobin closer to her by the collar of her shirt.
"You'd think, yeah." Tobin breathed out, right before their lips crashed together.

Their kiss didn't last long, because they got quickly interrupted by a wave of loud chattering entering the room.

"Mom said yes!"
"No, she didn't."
"Mom, tell Marie that she's wrong."
"Mommy, you said it was my turn."
The voices got louder, and their two kids now whined to their parents. Tobin and Christen both had found it hard to pull away from the kiss, but managed before they saw much.
After years of practice, and learning their lesson, they've gotten good at timing it.

"What's going on?" Christen was the first one to address the issue at hand, and bent down to be on level with the two.
"Mommy said I could sit in the front seat today." Their four year old daughter Marie spoke up, clearly sounding sad. Christen couldn't help but smile at how serious they both obviously took this 'issue'.
"Marie, you know you're not old enough to sit in the front seat." Christen said calm, getting a frown in return from the little girl.
"But mommy said yes!" She raised her voice, whining to her mother now.

Christen looked back up at Tobin, who was trying to get into the conversation with as much awareness as possible.
"I'm sorry, honey, i meant you're soon old enough. Just not quite yet." Tobin bent down next to Christen, putting a comforting hand in the little girls back. She met Christen's eyes, and the couple of parents tried to stay on the same page as always. They didn't want to have that 'good cop/bad cop' style, even though they didn't have some disagreements from time to time, like all parents do.

"We have to go, we're gonna be late." Nathan, their six year old son, spoke up now. He looked satisfied with the fact that he was still secure in his usual position in the front seat.
"Right. Come on, champ. Let's go." Tobin tried cheering up Marie, as she picked her up and flew her in circles a couple times. The little girl quickly started to giggle, and the previous scene was forgotten about.
Christen still loved seeing Tobin interact with their kids, a sight she'll never get tired of.

"We're here. Kelley?" Christen yelled, as she walked right into the O'hara-Solo residence without knocking as usual. It was seemingly empty at first, but seconds later a mob of kids came rushing towards her.
