Normal POV
Ging gave everyone a furtive smile as he walked over to the occupants of the room. His eyes were droopy from the lack of sleep, mind and heart was heavy with guilt and cowardice.Lie. Lie your entire life. That's your punishment.
Ging put on a bright smile even though it hurt to see their gazes heavy with mistrust boring into him. He refused to meet anyone's eyes head on for fear of the guilt overwhelming him. His eyes danced all around the room taking in small and unnecessary details. He bit his lip as the silence stretched on, no one taking the initiative to make it stop. He heard Kurapika sigh and rub his hand through his hair. "Ging. Where where you?" The question he had been expecting at some point but the tone it was asked in, he did not expect that from Kurapika. His voice sounded tired and defeated. Empty and distant. Lonely and lost. So many things all at once, making his heart constrict again. "I....-" he pictured Jienna, her hazel eyes going wide but softening with an understanding that made him want to cry all over again. He pictures clenching his fists and griping his teeth, but on the outside he just smiled. "I had some last minute errands to run. Why?" He felt his hand being grabbed, forcefully turning him around. When the sting on the check came, his eyes widened. He looked in shock at Gon in front of him, eyes angry and panting for his life. "GON!" He could hear Lynn and see her clutch at Gon's chest, protectively hugging him against her chest, burying her head in the crook of his neck. "Please stop this.." He heard her say these words with a soothing and broken voice and yet his brain only registered the fact that he had been slapped by his son. "What do you want from me?" Gon asked, her eyes pledging and broken.
"Gon-" Ging was cut off by the sudden Anger in his eyes. "I SAID WHAT DO YOU WANT FROM ME? HOW LONG ARE YOU PLANNING TO MAKE ME WAIT? HOW LONG ARE YOU GOING TO HURT ME LIKE THIS??"
"Gon.." Lynn sighed and sobbed quietly. Ging looked at him with pain and regret. I'm sorry. I'm sorry Gon.The overbearing silence that came after was broken by the Sienna's phone. The sound vibrated throughout the room and broke them out of their trance like state. Sienna glanced at the caller ID with a troubled expression.
She answered the call with a sigh and fingers through her hair. "Hiso what are you-" Her voice cut off and looked around, meeting each and every single person in the eyes. "Oh..Kay"
She put the phone on speaker so that everyone in the room can hear. "Ok. The phone is on speaker I assume. So let me continue. I called because this game is finally picking up. Now let's play a small game shall we? If you win this game, you will get an advantage in this case. If not... Then I'm afraid you'll lose the advantage forever. Maybe that'll lead you to lose this case. So now you know how important this is. Okay. So now that I've told you all this lets get to the rules of the game. This game is like a game of tag. You have to find that girl.. The one who's friends with Lynn, Gon, and Killua? Now if you manage to catch her then you get the advantage. But if you don't she dies. And!! You have a time limit. Within 30mins you've gotta catch her or she dies. Okay? Simple rules too yes? Now. Let the game begin"
After the line went dead, Sienna swung the phone to the ground and raked her finger nails along her scalp. Damnit that Hisoka. Was everything such a big game to him? SHe sighed and paced up and down the house refusing to meet anyone's eyes. "Why Jienna?" Lynn's voice echoed. Gon turned towards Ging with a murderous look. The room was flooded with a dead silence that everyone was scared to break. "Why Jienna dad? Do you have anything to do with this?" Sienna came in between them and gave both a stern look. "I don't know what the hell is going on here Ging. But at the moment lets focus on the important thing. We need to find Jienna and fast"
No more words needed to be said as Lynn and Gon ran towards the door.Jienna's POV
I walked slowly, taking small steps, mechanically keeping one foot in front of the other. I stared at the sidewalk, my eyes registering my steps but not where I was going. The gears in my head turned, slowly but surely, trying to formulate a plan in my head. The ringing of my phone startled me out of my thoughts. I picked up the phone and stared at the display. It was Killua. With a relieved and nervous sigh she dug her left hand into her jacket pocket and puffed out white air from between her lips while answering the call. "Killua... I couldn't see Leorio or Biscuit-"
"Ah... That's really a pity then" the foreign voice made her blood run cold and freeze. She took quick breaths and her hands trembled with a fear that she rarely exhibited. "Who are you? And where is Killua??" Her heart thumped against her chest as fear overtook her body. "Killua? Oh he's fine. You needn't worry about him. As for who I am, I go by the name Hisoka. Maybe you've heard of me, maybe you've not. The only reason was I called you was because I wanted to formally invite you to join this game of tag..."

Lynn's POV
We split up to search for her. All of us including Ging were running on our own two legs, worry creasing our foreheads and breaths coming out in white puffs, the cold was like sharp needles poking at our skin, merciless. I trembled a little from the cold, but soon forgot about my physical pains as my eyes scanned the crowds. How were they going to find her? She ran a hand through her tangles of black fake hair that she haphazardly thrown over her head and tried to calm down her thoughts. She shook her head and started running, her throat aching from screaming Jienna's name, pushing random people and scanning strangers in crowds. She panted, fear and cold danced and intertwined with her voice making it tremble. She turned around as she spotted brown hair and met with Jienna's eyes, who had a mixture of fear and sadness in the brown depths of her irises. I froze and took a deep breath before I called out to her, relief flooding my system.
