TIME SKIP - THREE MONTHS

Your P.O.V

So. That... happened.

I need to sum this up. Basically, two and a half months ago, these three dudes sold me to a thieves guild, and it was a really strong one, too.

For the half month they had me, they treated me like a prisoner. I barely had anything to eat, and I was chained up the whole time. But thank Irene they were respectful men. I mean, they did capture me, but at least they didn't hurt me or do bad stuff.

Moving on, I was nothing but a slave for a certain person in the guild. Her name was Ivory.

She was pretty ruthless. Barely ever mugged someone without hurting them in some way. But lucky for me, one day she was attacked on an errand, and the boss was with us. Right before some dude stabbed Ivory, I grabbed his arm and broke it. After that, I ran up to punch him in the face, but he caught my arm and put my head in a headlock. I wasn't giving up yet, so I did an aggressive backflip, and flipped him over. He fell to the floor in a heap, and I grabbed this right arm, because it was the hand holding the dagger, and yanked the knife out of his hand. I slit his wrists and told him to run. He did so without hesitation.

After the boss saw me do that, she made me an official member of the guild. I didn't even have to take the test.

But of course, I had to change my wardrobe. So I pick pocketed some people, and used that money to by some iron wrist guards that covered my entire forearm, and bought a chest plate that covered the top half of my torso. It was cheap because there was no backside, so I used some reddish brown leather to tie it into place. Because I was a thief, I had to cover my identity, so the boss gave me a black cloak to put over my head, and it covered my forehead and shadowed the entire top half of my face. I couldn't even tell if it was me.

I kept the combat boots and leggings, but I threw out the blazer and tank top and switched them for a (F/C) shirt with sleeves that covered the top half of my arm and stops at my elbow.

My knife holding system stayed the same, with belts holding my daggers to place on my left leg and right arm, but I had enough to buy a sword holster. And it was pretty cool if I do saw so myself.

Enough about clothes.

I haven't seen Aphmau and her friends for so long, I can barely recall what she looks like, but I hope their doing okay.

Back to the present.

I'm currently going through a wallet I stole in the guild, and Amber's with me. She has tried time and time again to join the guild, but has failed due to her lack of blood lust. She has no need nor want for it, so she stays soft on her victims. But I will admit, she's pretty good at pick pocketing.

"So. What'd you get today?" She asked me. I sighed and chuckled. "Should I be scared that the lady I pick pocketed has this in her wallet?" I said while holding up a raccoons foot. Amber yelped and jumped back, mostly because it was definitely a real raccoon foot. I laughed at her and she pouted before crossing her arms over her chest. "I'm only kidding, but seriously. Who does this?" I asked while I motioned towards the foot. I threw it onto the table behind me, and it landed in the middle of about three guys playing slap jack.

"I didn't know grown men could scream ten octaves louder than me." Amber said as the men behind us screamed. I laughed at her and she chuckled. "So? How much did she have?" She asked me as I pulled out about sixteen diamonds and two emeralds. "A lot." I answered as she stared at the money in amazement. I just stuffed it in a pouch I had on the side of my belt, and watched her stand up. "Where are you going?" I asked her. "Pick pocketing." She answered. As she almost left, I grabbed my pouch and tied it to my side. "I'm coming." I said to the blonde. She giggled and nodded. And with that, we were heading towards the village.
