Embry poked his head out of the back door and shouted, "Pizza's here!"

My heart stopped as I slid down Jacob's chest and turned to walk away. It was silly of me to think that he could ever really forgive me for what had happened.

"Where do you think you're going?" Jacob's voice was soft.

"I'd rather not hear the denial. No answer is enough."

Jacob snatched me up and turned me around to face him, "Silly girl. I was just taking in the moment. I never in a million years thought you would say something like that to me."

"So?"

"So...Hell yes! I'll wait until you're ready and be your man." Jacob's smile was brighter than I had ever seen before.

I jumped into his arms, "You mean it?"

He spun me around in a circle, "It's all I've ever wanted."

Our lips crushed together with more certainty, more passion than ever before. My stomach tightened as our lips parted and danced together. I was in heaven, nothing in my world could ever bring me down. The tightness became uncomfortable and I pulled away with a ridiculous grin on my face, "Let's get you something to eat."

"No. I'm not hungry anymore." He kissed my cheek, "Let's stay out here forever."

Giggling, I wiggled out of his arms, "We both get grumpy without food." I pulled on his arm, "Come on."

He gave in and wrapped his arms around my waist from behind and leaned down to give me a kiss on the cheek, the movement felt so natural. We belonged together, there was no denying that.

Slightly embarrassed, I walked into the house with Jacob's arm slung around my shoulders. "What kinda pizza did you get?" I inquired.

Embry laughed, "We got you something special." He moved to the refrigerator and pulled out a water bottle filed with red liquid, no doubt it was blood. He tossed it to me.

I snatched it out of the air, "Where did you get this?" I opened it up licking my lips, taking in the sweet smell. It had been too long sense I went hunting.

"Edward dropped it off earlier. Said you needed it." Embry's face looked disgusted, "If you dare drink that in front of me I will be sick."

Eli looked at me horrified, "Me too."

I giggled, "Well it's this or Jacob...Pick your poison."

Eli gasped and moved to Brady's arms, "What?"

Embry burst into laughter, "Jacob. Please, Jacob."

I rolled my eyes and sat down on the couch, "Human food is almost better than cold blood." I scrunched my nose in disgust.

Jacob sat beside me and held out his wrist, "I don't mind. Take a sip."

Seth spoke up, "Okay this is getting a little too weird. You two knock it off. It was whatever when she was a baby but now it's just not okay."

"But he smells so good..." I moved my teeth over the skin on his wrist.

"No! No! No! No!" Eli screamed. "I'm so not ready to see that. Too much for the human."

I giggled, "I used to do it all the time when I was little, no venom so I can't hurt him." The memory of Aro forcing me to drink Dakota's blood disturbed my cheerful haze but Eli pulled me back before the terror found me once again.

"Don't know what that means but no." She looked scared out of her mind.

Setting down his wrist, I scowled at the bottle of blood, "Fine, I'll stick with this crap."
