Plot: After his father is transferred away for work, Koutarou must find a cheap place to live by himself while attending high school. He thinks that he's found just the place: Room 106 at Corona House. It's a small apartment, but it's only 5,000 yen a month rent, which is an impossibly cheap price! Add in the fact that he has a beautiful landlady and he thinks that he has it made- at least until he starts to get some unexpected visitors.

One night Koutarou is visited by various girls, including a ghost named Sanae, a magical girl named Yurika, a girl who lives underground named Kiriha, and a princess from outer space named Theiamillis. All four of them claim that they need to have his apartment for their own reasons and thus need him to leave immediately. But he's not willing to give up his cheap apartment without a fight!

Before things can get too out of control, the landlady forces everyone to sign an agreement which states that they will all figure out who gets the apartment in a peaceful manner. Will Koutarou be forced out of his home before he can even finish putting his things away or will he be able to send his unwanted guests packing?

Opinion: This anime has everything a single otaku could want. This anime is like infinite stratos meets Madoka magica meets 11 eyes meets Suisei no Gargantai. This anime is the closest I've seen to an all in one series.

Was the anime funny? Eh, in an odd way I'd say. However it didn't get more than a few chuckles here and there. I think they tried a little too hard, the comedy seemed a bit forced.

However, the plot and the ideas around it were rather humorous. I mean, a guy fighting aliens, earth people, ghost and a magical girl for a cheap apartment is rather hilarious all on it's own. While the show wasn't an over the top series that I'd recommended above all else, it had a good amount of moments, that goes without question. Whether they were funny moments, action packed moments, or even romantic moments. There was plenty of each to go around, making the show a short, but satisfying anime.

The characters really brought the show to life with their personalities. Each character was so different and special that the couldn't be compared on the same scales. This really played a positive role when explaining the different origin of each character and what their goal was. However in the end they all just wanted the apartment.

This anime is equipped with the decent art style that is quite average. So anyone that's worried about visuals can rest assured. I was in fact even impressed with the display of some elements, such as magic. The audio also stood high, along with the anime visuals. The music was well composed, catchy and fills you be with energy.
