Walking home from school a couple days later, I was so absorbed in my music I didn't even notice the group of about five guys I was slowly approaching. As the song came to an end, I looked down at my phone to sift through my music library. When I landed on a song by Ed Sheeran, I looked up and stopped dead in my tracks.

Bradley Walker was standing around with his friends, skateboards in their hands, laughing and talking loudly. I turned down the volume on my headphones low enough to hear some of what they were saying but only getting bits and pieces. I thought I was in the clear until I heard a muffled "Mondaayy!"

I turned around and took out one headphone.

"Who me?" It was obviously directed towards me according to the fact that I was the only other person around, but no one's ever called me by my last name before.

"Yeah who else do you know named Monday?" The boy that was with Bradley Walker when I last saw him was walking towards me, I remember the red hair.

"Well people usually call me by my first name which is Jessie," I felt really uncomfortable as the other guys stood around the red haired boy. I felt like all eyes were on me, except the only eyes I was focused on were Bradley's.

"Hey hey take it easy Monday," he raised his hands defensively, "I was just gonna offer you some help on your next math test because let's be honest, you're gonna need it," he smirked, laughing at his own comment.

It took me a minute to realize how he knew of my struggles with math before I remembered he picked up my test the day I dropped all my papers.

"Oh wow that's very considerate of you...?" I paused, acting like I didn't know his name even though Callie told me almost everything about him.

"Michael," he smirked, he was always smirking.

"Well thanks for your concern, Michael," I said smiling sarcastically.

Bradley cupped his hand over his mouth pretending he didn't want Michael to hear, "Don't let this facade fool you, he has an F in Geometry right now," we both broke out into big smiles when Michael gasped. "Dude that teacher hates me!"

Michael started ranting to Bradley about how his teacher had it out for him, but I wasn't paying any attention. Bradley kept looking from Michael to me, a faint smile on his face.

"Luke come here dude," one of the other boys standing next to Michael called to a lanky, blonde kid who was skating by himself off to the side. Was this the Luke Hemmings? The Luke Hemmings that Callie's texting secretly? It's possible that it's not the same guy, but I think I might have just put a face to the flashing name on Callie's phone screen. He was pretty cute actually.

When their conversation turned into one about skateboards, I took that as my cue to awkwardly back away.

"See ya Monday!" Michael practically screamed after me.

After the last class of the day, I raced up to Callie's locker. It was Thursday which meant I got a ride. She was waiting for me when I got there, with the biggest smile on her face.

"Jess, Jess, Jess!!" Callie grabbed my arm, hopping up and down.

"Cal, Cal, Cal??" I was waiting for the words, I've been talking to this cute boy named Luke Hemmings to escape her mouth.

"Jess I got three tickets to see All Time Low tomorrow night," Callie beamed, still holding onto my arm.

"Callie WHAT YOU HAVE TO BE KIDDING," I raised my hand to my mouth, All Time Low was one of my, Callie, and Sam's favorite bands and we've always wanted to see them live.

"I am 100% serious right now," Callie looked like she might explode.

"Cal OH MY GOD but how?? We tried to get tickets last week but they were sold out," tears were coming to my eyes at this point.

"Lets just say I know some people," Callie said vaguely.

I didn't even question why she was being sketchy because I was so happy. I was reassured she wasn't just messing with me when Callie pulled the three tickets out of her back pocket.

"Jess we're seeing All Time Low tomorrow!" Callie practically screeched, swatting the tickets in my face.

I tried to hold back a scream as I lightly pushed Callie's shoulder and grabbed one of the tickets, both of us giggling as we walked down the hall arm in arm.
