The trio were waiting for Allison to arrive, saying that Lydia managed to translate the bestiary about the kanima.

Usually, Faye is always up for these but right now, she wasn't feeling it. It all started when Scott got awkward around her, sometimes ignoring her even which hurt her. She didn't know why. She tried thinking of possible reasons but she couldn't find any especially when she notices that he's acting like that around her only.

Finally, Allison arrived, looking around the library before going to the other side of the shelf. She got the tablet out then slid it through the shelf for Stiles to get it.

Faye stood beside Stiles, reading it while chewing on her bottom lip.

"It's everything Lydia can translate. And trust me, she was very confused." Allison said in a low voice, looking around yet again.

It's Gerard's fault, placing cameras everywhere. Therefore, she has to avoid Scott in school now.

"What did you tell her?" Faye asked, looking at Allison through the gap of the books.

"That we were part of an online gaming community that battles mythical creatures." The huntress said in an amused tone.

Stiles raised his hand, talking with wide eyes. "I am part of an online gaming community that battles mythical creatures."

Faye looked at him, raising her eyebrow as she gave her an amused look but really, she wasn't surprised at all. "Kinda expected that from you."

Meanwhile, the huntress was surprised at what Stiles said. "O– oh, great." Nodding before focusing back onto the topic that they were discussing.

"Okay, does it say how to find out who's controlling him?" Scott asked the Argent girl.

Allison shook her head in response, "Not really but Stiles was right about the murderers."

Stiles raised his hands up in the air, proud of himself. "Yes!" He said before giving Faye a high–five, laughing as he do so.

"It calls the kanima a weapon of vengeance. There's a story in there about this South American priest who uses the kanima to execute murderers in his village–" However, Allison was interrupted by Stiles.

"All right, see? So maybe it's not all that bad." The spastic boy said, tilting his head to the side as he thought about it more.

"–Until the bond grew strong enough that it killed whoever he wanted it to." Allison finished while Stiles' mouth hung agape, giving them an 'oh shit' look.

Stiles swallowed thickly, "All bad, all very, very bad."

"Here's the thing, though. The kanima's actually supposed to be a werewolf. But it can't be–" She paused, noticing that someone is nearby.

"'Until it resolves that in its past which manifested it.'" Faye said, reading it from the tablet which was now in her hands. She continued to read the whole paragraph before making eye contact with Scott, who looked away once their eyes met.

"Okay, if that means that Jackson could use a few thousand hours of therapy, I could've told you that myself." Stiles said.
