35: "I'll always be yours."

"Emily you look so beautiful!"

I smiled, listening in on the conversation going on upstairs.

"That dress looks perfect on you!" Nova squealed. I could hear her touching the dress, fixing it for Emily.

"You look amazing Em."

I recognized the voice as Leah's, it was nice to hear that they were really getting along again. Alex really was doing something good to her.

"I'm gonna go tell the guys to head over to the ceremony now." Nova spoke up, I waited for her at the bottom of the steps, ready to tell her that the guys were already on their way and I was waiting on her. But oh my god, I wasn't ready for what I laid my eyes on when she finally did appear.

At the top of the stairs, stood the most beautiful girl in the world. And I was lucky enough to call her mine.

She had on a light pink tight fitting dress. It hugged her in all the right places, it was hard not to grab her right then and there. It reached just above her knees, showing off the perfect amount of leg. The corners of her mouth lifted up, "why are you looking at me like that?" She softly asked, tucking a piece of straightened hair behind her ear. She slowly made her way down the stairs, stopping a few steps up from me. I got a closer look at her face, she was wearing more makeup which was unusual of her. There was color on her eyelids, eyeshadow I think is what little Claire calls it. Her lips were untouched though, they're perfect just as they are anyway. I reached for her waist, pulling her off the stairs and into my arms. She giggled, I love it when she laughs.

"I don't think there's any word in the dictionary to describe just how good you look right now."

She reached up to touch the side of my face with her hand. "You look so hot in a tux." She whispered, giggling again.

I laughed, reaching down to kiss her.

"I really don't need to see that."

I pulled away from her, looking up, Alex had a disgusted look on his face.

"Deal with it." Nova snapped back, he shook his head. "Where's Leah?" He changed the subject, "I'm coming." Leah suddenly appeared, walking down the stairs. Once she reached the bottom I was surprised to see her so done up.

Her hair was up with makeup on her face. She actually looked really pretty. I looked over at Alex, who was probably thinking the same thing from the way his eyes were looking all over her. Leah had the same expression on her face as Alex, it was like these two were falling in love with each other at the same time.

"So... We're gonna head out, are you coming?" Nova asked, slipping her hand into mine.

"Yeah in a second," Alex mumbled, his gaze still on Leah.

"Okay then."

"What was that?" She asked the second we were out of sight. "I think they're in love." I added, smiling down at her. She laughed, "I have never seen Alex look at a girl that way. He's had girlfriends, but he's never been into them like he is with Leah."

"I haven't seen Leah this happy in a long time."

Back when Leah and Sam were dating, you could tell they loved each other. But, it's different with Alex. You could see it in her eyes kind of. She looked at him the same way Nova looks at me. Her eyes get all sparkly with the biggest smile on her face. Leah was in love, and Alex loved her too.
