20. This is tiring

I heard Patrick yelling from downstairs. I was in the bathroom looking for tape when I saw Link run up the stairs and go to her room. I could tell that it didnt go well. Brendon came up the stairs shortly after Link and went in. I waited for a little bit until Brendon came out.

"What happened?" I asked.

"She wouldnt talk to me. She was crying and said she was fine but, she wasnt." He said.

"Do you think they broke up?"

"I wouldnt be surprised. Do you think she will talk to you?"

"I'll try but if she doesnt answer then I'll just give her some space." I said.

"Alright, I'll go get Netflix ready." He said smiling and walking down the stairs. I went up to Link's door when down the hall I heard soft sobs. They were coming from the guest room, where Josh was staying. I decided not to bother him and go talk to Link. I walked back to Link's room and knocked on the door. I waited for a minute, but when she didnt answer I decided to leave and hope she feels better. When she freaked out about Patrick, it was kind of weird because her eyes turned yellow. I hadn't seen her don't that before. I made a mental note to ask about it later, but I would probably forget. I went back downstairs to see Brendon on the couch with popcorn and one of my favorite tv shows Impractical Jokers on Netflix. We watched it for about 15 minutes until I fell asleep. About 45 minutes later I heard a car honk their horn driving down the street. I looked around to see that Brendon had left a note beside me.

Had an emergency with Dallon. I'll call you later :)

I decided to go back upstairs to see if Link was doing better. Patrick must have left because he wasnt in the kitchen. When I finally got to Link's room, I made sure the door was unlocked. I peeked my head through the door to see Link and Josh asleep. Link saw me as she was waking up.

"Oh, crap. I'm sorry if I'm interrupting something." I said embarrassed.

"Oh no its nothing trust me." She laughed. "Listen Elton called...again."

"What did he say?" I asked walking in the room.

"He has new insight on our enemies and stuff." She said. I sighed.

"Well lets go back to Greenland." I said. Honestly we went to Greenland twicd a week. You get used to it after a while.

"Yeah. I'll call everyone and tell them the news." She said. Here we go again.
