Josh just went in to see Link. Brendon and I were talking randomly, when someone came through the door. Patrick.

"Hey Patrick, I don't think you should be here man." Brendon said.

"Uh, I think I should be here." He said.

"Listen, Link's sick and I dont think you should be here. I dont think she wants to see you." He said.

"You think I care your opinion whether I should be here?" He said with an attitude.

"Listen Patrick, leave her alone." Brendon said. Just then Josh walked out. His face fell when he saw Patrick.

"What are you doing here..." Josh said.

"Why do you think?" He said.

"Look, I'm going to be cordial, for Link's sake." He said.

"Why do you get to be back there? It's not like you and Link-"

"Ok dont finish that. Listen Patrick, your starting stuff that is useless. If you honestly care about Link, then you should go." I said.

"Yeah stop disrespecting her bro." Josh said. Im honestly surprised he's this calm.

"Im not disrespecting her, maybe your just jealous about what happened." Patrick said.

"Listen, Link is in the hospital barley holding on and you're sitting here yelling? Wow I bet she will appreciate that. If you actually care then get out of here, stop acting arrogant and care about someone other than yourself." I said to him. He looked down and nodded. He just turned around and left.

"Thank goodness he left. I was getting angry." Josh said. Just then, the doctor came out.

"Hello Mr. Dun, and...you guys." She said referring to Brendon and I.

"What's going on?" Josh said.

"Well, she's...not doing well." She said.

"What does that mean?" Brendon asked.

"She's dying. We dont know how much longer we can keep her health under control. For now, she cant have any visitors for a few hours. We need to run more tests." She said leaving. Josh buried his face in his hands crying. How is she dying? That makes no sense to me.

"Listen Josh, maybe we should go home. She cant have visitors for a while." Brendon said.

"I dont want to leave, you guys just go." He said.

"Sitting here worried isn't he-"

"I dont care, I'm staying here." He said. How does he go from beingmad one minute to crying the next? Geez.

"Well if your staying then we'll stay too." Brendon said. This was going to take a while.
