Chapter 35

*Casey POV*
I wake up and look next to me and see Nicole still asleep. I get up quietly and go downstairs. I get down there and see Tyler asleep on the couch I go over and lay down next to him. He wraps his arm around me protectively. I hear Jason come downstairs and he lays down on top of us. I close my eyes and drift off to sleep again.
*Joey POV*
I wake up around 9:30 and look next to me to see Jewel still asleep. I get out of bed quietly and go downstairs. I go to the kitchen and start on my coffee then go to the living room. I get there and see my cousins or kids, I guess, asleep. I take my phone out and take a quick photo then go back to the kitchen. I get my coffee and sit at the kitchen table. I hear footsteps then Nicole and Jewel appear.
"Joey did you see them sleeping" Nicole asks
"Yeah. I took a picture" I say
"They're so adorable sleeping together" Jewel squeals
"Jewel be quiet. Let them sleep" I say
"Ok ok. Calm down babe" she says
"Sorry" I say
"Joey what is there to eat" Nicole asks
"Food" I say
"No duh Watson" she says
"There's cereal, bagels, and pop tarts" Jewel says
"Thank you Jewel. Someone's a little grumpy" Nicole says
"Whatever. I have to go to the studio. I'll be back" I say
"Can I come Joey" Nicole asks
"Sure why not." I say
"I'll stay here with the kids" Jewel says
"Alright thanks" I say
Nicole comes into the kitchen again dressed. I grab my phone, keys, and wallet and we head to my car. We get in and I drive to the studio. We get there and go inside. Surprisingly I'm not the last one. We're waiting on Spencer.
"Hey Joe and Nicole" Chad and Caleb says
"Hey" I say
"Hi" Nicole says
Spencer walks in and picks Nicole up.
"Spencer put me down" Nicole yells
"But cous I was having fun" he whines
"Where's Megan" Nicole asks
"She's still asleep. Her, Nick, Owen were sleeping together. And somehow Liam and Luke showed up and were sleeping with them too" Chad says
"No one I couldn't find Luke." Caleb says
"Where's Casey" Caleb asks
"Her and her brothers were sleeping on the couch and I didn't want to disturb them" I say
"Aww Joey's so caring" Spencer says
"Only to those I love. Sorry Spence and Chad" I say
"Why are you guys even here at the studio this morning" Nicole asks
"I don't know" I say
"We have to go over some stuff." Caleb says
"Oh Nicole your sister had another meltdown" Spencer says
"Is that what happened to your eye" Chad asks
"Yeah. I was trying to calm her down and she started to punch me. But I did calm her down" Spencer says
"So Joe when do you and Jewel plan on getting married" Caleb asks
"Don't know. We haven't had time to plan it" I say
"Oh Joey your getting kicked out of your house tonight. All the girls, yes all the girls, are sleeping over" Nicole says
"Wow thanks where am I suppose to go" I ask
"Sleepover at my house" Chad says
"Sweet" Spencer says
"Well I don't feel like meeting so why don't we just talk later tonight. Peace out guys" Caleb says
He leaves and then Chad does.
"Nicole do you want to come home or stay at Joey's" Spencer asks
"I'll come home" Nicole says
"Bye Nicole" I say
"Bye Joe thanks for letting me sleepover" she says
"I don't think I had a choice but your welcome" I say
She laughs and leaves with Spencer. I go over to my desk and pull out my laptop. I log on and start working on stuff. I mean I already got here so I might as well get stuff done.
*Luke POV*
I wake up in the morning for the second time when I hear a door open. I get up and see Chad walking in.
"Oops sorry Luke didn't mean to wake you" Chad says
"No no it's fine. I should probably wake my siblings up anyway. Do you mind if Liam and I take them for the day" I ask
"Not at all you five deserve some time together" he says
"oh no all of us siblings are going out together. I even got Dylan to ask Alan about him and his cousins and also Hope and Faith since they're also family" I say
"Ok. When are you guys leaving and when will you be back" he asks
"We're leaving around 11:30 and we'll be back around 8. And we'll either drop them off here or at Joey's. For the sleepover" I say
"Good. Have fun. I'm gonna be downstairs watching avengers." He says
He goes downstairs and I go over to the couch. I pick Nick and Owen up and go up to their room. I change them and then wake them up.
"Lukey" Nick yawns
"Yeah Bub" I ask
"I hungry" he says
"Ok. Let's go wake up Li and Meggy then we'll go out for breakfast" I say
"Ok" Nick says
"Food" Owen squeals
"Yeah baby bro. Food" I laugh
I carry them back downstairs and drop them on top of Megan and Liam.
"Lucas Cody Grimm" they yell
"Calisia Megan Graham and Anthony Liam Jackson" I mimic
"I really need to change my last name." Liam says
"You're old enough" I say
"I know but what would I use" he asks
"I'm sure Caleb wouldn't mind if you used Grimm since you're my twin" I say
"We should I ask him then get it changed after breakfast before we go out for the day" Megan says
"I'll call him. You two go get dressed" I say
They get up and take our little brothers with them. I pull my phone out and call Caleb.
C-hey Lucas what's up
L-so because of our whole past and everything Liam doesn't want his last name to be Jackson anymore. And I was thinking because we are twins is it okay if he changes his last name to Grimm
C-of course. And I'm sure Chad wouldn't mind if he wanted Graham so he could choose which he wanted
L-ok thank you. We'll see you tonight
C-ok
I hang up just as my siblings came downstairs.
"He said yes. So now you can choose between Graham and Grimm." I say
"Ok I choose Grimm. Sorry sis but I've gotta go with my twin" Liam says
"Whatever. I call shotgun" Megan yells
"I'm driving" I say
"Dang it" Liam say
He picks up the little ones and we get in the car. We go to breakfast then the courthouse. We get the name changed and everything then go to where we're meeting the others. We get to our destination and we're the first ones. Soon Dylan arrives with the little ones. Next Brian and his siblings. Then the Tyler's. Finally Hope and Faith.
"Ok how many people are there" Liam asks
"There's 17 of us" Dylan says
"Ok we are definitely taking Alan's van, and my car. Which other vehicle" I ask
"We can take my van" Brian says
"Great. Now who's driving" Tyler asks
"I got my license. Can I drive" Nicole asks
"Yeah. Drive my van. Then Dylan and Liam drive" Brian says
"Okay vehicle assignments. With Dylan is Megan, Rowe, Presley, AJ, Jessica, and Jason. With Liam is me, Nick, And Owen. With Nicole is Brian, Luke, Faith, Tyler, and Hope" Casey says
"That works" Tyler says
"Alright drivers know where we're going. We have to be back here at 7:30" Dylan says
We all agree and go to the proper vehicles. We get in and Nicole drives off first leading the pack.
"You better not distract my sister Grimm" Brian says
"That sounds like something Chad would say to Caleb" Faith says
"Yeah it really does" Hope says
"What they said" Nicole says
"Smooth. Real smooth" I say
"You love me" she says
"Sadly" I say
"Lucas" she scolds
A little later we arrive to the destination and help get kids out.
"Lukey we go to lucky Ladd farms" Nick asks
"Two and we're gonna play games" I say
"We should play hide and seek" Hope says
"Glow in the dark" Faith says
"No. No dark" Owen says
"I'll stay out here with anyone who's doesn't want to play" Megan says
"No. You are going to play" I say
"But I don't want to" Megan says
"I'll stay out here with her too Luke" Dylan says
"I stay with Antoni" Rowe says
"I stay out here" Nick says
"Me me" Owen says
"Ok you five will stay out here we will go play" Liam says
"I'm gonna take them to the bouncy houses" Megan says
"Hey I want to go on then too" Casey whines
"It's ok babe we'll go on them after hide and seek" Liam says
"Let's just go play already" AJ says
"Hey AJ Presley listen to the big kids alright" Dylan says
"Ok" they say
We go in and the game begins and I'm it.
*Chad POV*
After a few Disney movies my phone rings.
Ch-hey Caleb what's up
Ca-I'm bored. So are the other two. We're going to hang at the studio want to come
Ch-I guess. Need me to bring anything
Ca-chick fil a and Starbucks
Ch-ok
I hang up and go upstairs to see the ladies in the living room talking and watching F.R.I.E.N.D.S.
"Hey Fallon I'm going to the studio with the guys" I say
"Ok." She says
"You guys better not get hurt" Jewel says
"Why would we ever get hurt" I ask
"Well let's see here... you in the hospital. Joey's busted lip and black eye. Caleb almost breaking his jaw. Alan getting a concussion and also Spencer almost in the hospital" Kelsey says
"Oh yeah. Those are minor things. Oh and Alan's going to be there so we'll have parental guidance" I say
"Oh even better. Five of you" Fallon says
I roll my eyes and leave. I stop and get what I need then go to the office I get there and Joey's asleep with sharpie on his face, Spencer and Caleb are dancing and Alan is trying to kill them.
"What the heck happened" I ask
"Food" Caleb yells
"Alright Spencer and Caleb sit at your desks. Alan sit at mine" I say
They sit down and I give them their food and drinks. I then go over to Joey and stand in front of him. I grab an air horn from my pocket and some whipped cream. I spray some of it on his hand and face then blow the air horn. Joey wakes up freaking out.
"CHADWICK" he yells
"Hey. There's food and Starbucks on your desk" I say
"Ugh I want to sleep" he whines
"Why are you tired" I ask
"Well when you guys left I stayed here and worked then I fell asleep and last night Jewel slept over after I argued with the kids about going to bed" he says
"Whatever" I say
We gets up and goes to clean up then goes to his desk. I pull a chair up to my desk and start eating my food.
"Does anyone know where the kids were going too" Alan asks
"Now but I'm glad they're doing this" I say
"Same. And I think it's funny how like all their boyfriends and girlfriends are within the family" Spencer says
"Yeah" Caleb says
"So Spencer what's it like taking care of someone that is only a year younger than you" Joey asks
"Well he listens better than you. And I don't really act like his parent. Just an older cousin." Spencer says
"Luke and I don't see each other as father and son. More like best friends. And Liam took my last name because he didn't want to be reminded of his past" Caleb says
"With Tyler it always depends on the situation. I try to be like his older cousin a lot but there's times where I have to be a dad" Joey says
"Well I'm Dylan's uncle but now I'm half uncle half dad." Alan says
"Why does Dylan live with you" I ask
"Stuff that happened at home" Alan says
"Oh" I say
"Dude we should go play soccer" Joey says
"Yes." I say
We finish eating, grab a soccer ball, then run across the street to the park. We go to the soccer field and Alan and Spencer get in goal.
"The teams are uneven." I whine
"Hey you five want another player" we hear
We turn around and see Suzy.
"What the ladies didn't invite you" I ask
"They did. And I was there but I'm not into the notebook or anything like that" she says
"Ok. Now the teams are Me, Chad, Alan vs Caleb, Suzy, Spencer" Joey says
"Ok" Suzy says
"Um we start with the ball" Caleb says
"No no no we do" Joey says
"Rock paper scissors" I say
They do it and Joey wins.
"Yeah Joe. Let's kill them" I say
"Chad be kind they're your brothers" Suzy says
"Yeah but only one is older. And not in the band anymore" I say
"Oh hush up Chadwick" Alan says
"Are we going to play soccer or not" Spencer yells
"Oh shut up probie" Joey says
"Yeah right DiNozzo" Spencer says
"Gibbs" they yell
"Boys shut up and play" Caleb says
"Shut up mcgoogle" Joey says
"Guys just start playing" I say
Joey goes up to the ball and passes it to me. I dribble up and then pass to Joey. He goes to kick it but completely misses the ball and Caleb takes it.
"Dude kick the ball not the ground" I say
"Hey why am I a girl" Spencer yells
"Did you seriously just get that now probie" I say
"I forgot about bishop I also forgot about the show" Spencer says
"Guys Caleb kicked it out it's a six kick. Stop your bickering and start playing" Suzy yells
We resume the game and play the rest of the game with no petty arguments. Let's just say we won. Spencer got annoyed. Joey got hit with the ball and Caleb and I ended up at the bottom of the dog pile. Oh and Suzy left half way through the game.
"You okay Joe" Alan asks
"Uh yeah. I think" Joey says
"How many people do you see? And name them" I say
"Chad, Caleb, Alan, Alan, Caleb, Chad, jerk face, jerk face" he says
"Ok how many fingers" I ask holding up three
"Six" he says
"Yeah go sit down" Alan says
He trudges off and I then look around and see that Spencer has a few bruises and Caleb is still limping. Alan and I are the only ones who didn't get hurt.
"We should get going. The kids will be back soon" I say
Alan has Caleb get on his back and I have Joe get on mine. We walk to the studio and go to our cars. Since the other four car pooled I took Joey with me and Alan took the other two in Spencer's car. We get to my house and go in.
"What happened" Jewel asks rushing over to Joey
"Oh it's nothing he just has a concussion, Caleb sprained his ankle, and Spencer busted his lip" I say
"Chad we told you guys not to get hurt" Fallon says
"We listened two guys didn't get hurt" I say
"Ok ok whatever well is girls are heading out. Alan and Chad we are trusting you two to take car of the kids and these three" Kelsey says
"We will" Alan says
They head out and a couple minutes later all the boys walk in or are carried in.
"Chad we're going to put the little ones to bed then be right back down" Dylan says
"Ok" I say
They go up then a few minutes they come back down.
"Are we still doing what we have planned with these three hurt" Luke asks
"Should we" Alan asks
"Joey who do you love" Tyler asks
"jewel" he replies
"Is she getting married to you" Tyler asks
"Yeah" he replies
"What's today" Tyler asks
"When we were playing soccer and Spencer punted the ball and Caleb kicked it right at my head because he wasn't paying attention" he replies
Brian walks in and hands Tyler a bucket. Before Tyler can do anything I move Joey out front to the porch swing. Then Tyler dumps the water on him. Joey's eyes go wide and he smacks his head on the back of the swing then comes back to reality.
"What? What happened" he asks
"Nothing" we all say
We go back inside and start talking.
"Hey Joe there's a change of clothes in the guest room for you go get changed into it." I say
He looks at us weird but obeys.
*Jewel POV*
Us ladies get to Joey's place and the girls are already there and wearing a dress. Even Megan.
"Ok what's going on? Megan's wearing a dress" I say
"There's a dress on Joey's bed Fallon's going to go do your hair. Don't ask questions just do" Nicole says
I nod and go upstairs with Fallon following. I get ready then go downstairs. We get in vehicles and drive to a church.
"Um what's happening" I ask
