Chapter Fourteen - Ideas Tears and Penguins

Kathryn's P.O.V

I woke up this morning at 6:30. I looked around and I realized I was in a different room. Then the memories of last night flooded my mind. I remember Harry being drunk, the yelling the sounds of things crashing and Liam's face. I felt bad for Liam. He had been punched in the nose and had a cut on his lip. I looked over to Niall. He was fast asleep on the couch and I remembered him and Louis talking quietly before the fighting started. I remembered him talking to the boys and trying to stop Liam from talking any more when I walked in the room. I wondered what it was that they were discussing.

I watched Niall for a second before I grabbed my clothes and went to take a shower. I turned on the water and stripped of my clothing. I thought about everything that happened. I never wanted to go through that again. I sang as quietly as possible. After Twenty more minutes, I stepped out of the shower. I grabbed a towel and wrapped my hair up. I grabbed another and dried off my body then wrapping that towel around body. I brushed my teeth wiped away the mascara that was smeared under my eyes. I grabbed my clothes and dropped the towel. I started getting dressed. I put on a pair of jeans and my navy blue choir t-shirt. It had two musical symbols on it and they formed a heart. Then choir was written underneath. Both designed on the shirt with a bleach pin. I unwrapped the towel on my head and brushed out my hair. I put on a little mascara and light pink sparkly lip gloss. I quietly opened the door and walked out. I heard someone and turned towards the couch. Sitting there was Niall. He was watching TV and had his feet up on the coffee table in front of him.

"Good morning" He sounded so cheery and awake.

"Good morning" I said with a smile.

"So do you have planes for today?" He asked looking back to the TV.

"I was going to go see my mom"

"Well do you want to do something with me and the lads today?" He offered

"Sure, but I want some time to spend with my mom" I stated.

"Okay. We can make it work!" He sounded excited. "First we have to go talk to Simon."

"We? You mean you and the guys?" I questioned.

"No Simon wants to meet you and has something to tell ALL of us." He replied.

"ME?"

"Yeah!"

"Why me?"

"Just because"

"Okay? So what are we going to go?"

"Not sure" He said.

"Liam just asked if we all wanted to go do something today. He has some surprise planed. I am not sure what it is or has to do with."

"Well if we have a choice we could go to the zoo!"

"The lads would like that."

"Really?"

"Yeah!"

"WOW!" I said sarcastically.

"What?" He asked.

"You are all in your early twenties and yet still like to go to the zoo?"

"Yeah"

"Okay then"

"Is there a problem with that?"

"No" My stomach suddenly growled. "This fat child's hungry!" He laughed.

"Okay then...... Why don't we go get breakfast?" He suggested.

"Sounds good to me, because this fat child NEEDS to eat!"
