Don't let go ~ Miggie

Chapter 26

Diggie's POV

We walked into the door where Miss and Mister Rooney received us.

"Liv, Maddie!" Miss Rooney whispered/yelled. "Thank goodness you're here,"  Mister Rooney said. "Thank you guys so much. What happened anyways?" he added.

"It was Josh. He broke in, in the middle of the night and took Liv and Maddie. Apparently he's working for some sick agency who sells girls in their ages. He beat Liv and did something much worse to Maddie. She's gotten raped by him. I found her completely nude and bloody in one of the cells he put them in. She can barely walk."

Everyone gasped including Joey and Parker which eventually also came down stairs. Miss Rooney started to cry even more than she already was.

"You've seen my daughter naked?!" Mister Rooney yelled. "Pete, this in not our first priority, these men just saved our daughters lives, be a little bit more thankful," Miss Rooney replied to him. "She technically still is, I just wrapped her into my shirt and jacket. But I really think that we should lay them down somewhere and maybe call an ambulance," I said walking towards the couch. Parker grabbed the telephone and dialed 911. He told them what happened and said that they'll be here in around 15.

The girls were each laying on one of the couches. Liv was just alright, which means she could communicate properly, unlike Maddie. She was just laying there, hardly keeping her eyes open in pain and crying.

I keeled down to Maddie and stroked her blonde, angel hair. "It'll all be fine, just keep it together, you're a strong person. I love you," I whispered and kissed her forehead. I could feel Mister Rooney staring at me, and I can also tell he wasn't too happy with me kissing Maddie, and the fact that I've seen her naked but I didn't care too much, because the only reason was, that I saved her.

"D-diggie, would you lay with m-me a b-bit?" she stuttered. A small smile appeared on my face and I just nodded.

With her last strength she scooted over a little and let me lay down beside her. I turned to face her she just smiled at me.

These were my favorite moments. The ones, where you could just enjoy each other without saying anything. The glances were still on me but I didn't care about that at all. I took Maddie's tiny hand in my own one and met with her beautiful green eyes. I gave her a small kiss on her nose and she giggled a little. The giggle which lights my world up. The giggle which gives me butterflies in my tummy. The giggle I love the most.

That was when I realized what happened in the past week. So many things. The fact that I have only been dating Maddie since pretty much a week now, feels strange. We have been through so much together and it feels like I've been with her my whole life long. I love the way I feel when I'm around her.

Maddie's POV

The kiss on my nose made me giggle. After that we just stared into each others eyes.

I love everything about him. I've never had this feeling before. I seriously don't know what I would do without him.

Now it was my turn to kiss him. I got closer to him with my face, and placed a gentle kiss on his lips. Even though I knew Dad was still watching us, I didn't really care, because there wasn't much you could do about the fact that we're boyfriend and girlfriend.

After a little while the ambulance finally arrived. I was so glad yet so freaking scared. I really hope I'm not pregnant. I can't remember him using protection. What if I'm soon gonna be mother of Josh's child?! I got really dizzy and even more anxious thinking about it. I don't wanna get mother just yet. What am I supposed to do?!

I could feel my breathe getting more steady and it was way harder for me to breath. I eventually blacked out while I got carried into the car.
