Don't let go ~ Miggie

Chapter 22

Maddie's POV

I've been sleeping peacefully when I suddenly woke up to the door crack open. It was all dark and I could not see anything but a black man standing in our room. I was not able to figure out who it was, but all I could tell was, he's pretty tall. "Diggie?" I asked in a tired voice. I could see his finger move up to his lips to tell me to be quite. The black man which I first supposed to be Diggie, walked towards me, but as near as he came, I could figure out that this person couldn't be him. All I could do before a cloth went over my mouth, was letting out a loud scream. It all went black.

Diggie's POV

I was sleeping, when I suddenly heard a scream coming from Maddie's and Liv's room. First I thought It was only imagination, since I just had a horrible nightmare. But then I heard a loud noise out of the living room. I got out of bed, and opened the door. "Hello?" I yelled/whispered. "Shit," was the only thing I could hear for a respond after that, but I couldn't menage to find out, which person this voice belongs to.

I walked, or let's say, almost ran out of my room, the stairs down, and turned the light on. Since I couldn't see anyone, I opened the front door to see if somebody parked their car outside. But there wasn't exactly one standing there. There was only a black van driving really fast the road along. I could tell wherever those people where, they've been in the house. I decided to follow the car, and I seriously think, I have never run so fast in my whole life.

After I ran the road along the car disappeared in the forest. I went back home and decided to first check if anything's missing. Maybe we had luck, who knows.   

Maddie's POV

I was slowly waking up, in a room which I couldn't recognize. Where am I? The only thing I can remember, is that I woke up in the night for some reasons. But the fact that I couldn't remember what happened, did not bother me so much. The only reason why I'm literally freaking out here, is that I'm in a cell out of steel.

The door opened and I saw Josh walking towards me. Oh gosh no, Diggie was right, he is bad. "How are you blondie number two?" Josh asked grinning sick. "How could you take me?" I asked, giving him no answer. I was really scared but I think you could tell. My skin has gotten even more pale than before and I started to feel really sick and dizzy.

"Oh honey, the question is not how I got you, the question is 'why' I got you," Josh replied, pronouncing the "why" clearly. I didn't respond to that, I was just sitting there looking at him really scared. He chuckled as he started to talk.

"You know blondie, the reason why I kidnapped you and your annoying sister, was because I wanna hurt you. My godmother told me to get both of you because Liv is famous and you are very popular too. We'll sell you guys so fast, I bet they will fight for you," he told me with an amused look on his face.

"You took Liv too?!" I yelled as loud as possible, even if I was sure that nobody would hear it, but Josh. "Geez, inside voice please blondie. Yes, I took Liv too, and now be quite, we don't wanna wake up your precious sister, now do we?" he said in a slightly annoyed way.

Right after he said that, there was a loud scream coming from not far away.

Meanwhile...

Diggie's Pov

I just gotten back and I was running into the house as fast as I could. I was exhausted but I didn't care. I ran up the stairs and slammed Liv and Maddie's door open. They were gone.
"Maddie?!" I yelled. "Liv?!" I added. I opened the door to Parker and Joey's room and they were slowly sitting up. Thank god they're here. "Geez Diggie, why are you yelling through the house so early in the morning?" Joey asked yawning. "Exactly, some people would like to sleep," Parker added. I needed a moment to breath. "Maddie and Liv are gone," I said trying to stay calm. "What do you mean with 'they're gone'?" Joey demanded. "they're gone!" I yelled loosing my temper.

Barely a minute later Miss and Mister Rooney run through the door with a shocked look on their face. "They're gone?!" they both demanded at the same time.
