Chapter 64: Beginning of Something

Michelle's POV

I was taken a back when I saw my parents sitting side by side with Angel and Daryl's parents. Pareho kaming gulat ni Daryl dahil hindi namin ineexpect ang ganitong senaryo. Puno ng dekorasyon ang paligid, may malaking heart pa sa stage na may pangalan ni Angel and Daryl pero parang nabalewala ang lahat dahil sa bigat ng atmosphere. Napahigpit ang hawak ko sa kamay ni Daryl dahil nakatingin na sakin ngayon ang Daddy ko.

"Surprise! Have a seat guys!" Sabi ni Angel ng nakangiti na ikinairap ko. I was about to talk when Daryl stopped me.

"Don't! She wants to pissed you, that's her plan!" I breathed heavily to calm myself.

Hinila ako ni Daryl paupo at sa kasamaang palad, katabi ko si Dad. He's looking at me firmly.
"So you two got married without your parent's consent huh!" Napakagat ako sa labi ko.
I glared at her. Kami dapat ang magsasabi nun at hindi sya!

"It is the right thing to do!" Sabi ni Daryl in a serious tone.

"How could you say that IF YOU'RE ALREADY ENGAGE!" napapitlag ako ng malakas na hinampas ng Daddy nya ang lamesa.

"She's the one I love and she's pregnant!"

"Nanlaki ang mata ko sa sinabi ni Daryl?" The hell! Saan nya nakuha ang pregnant?

"Is it true Michelle?" Tanong ni Daddy. Naramdaman ko na humigpit ang hawak ni Daryl sa kamay ko. Napatango nalang ako.

"How can you be so irresponsib-----"

"It is the most responsible act I have ever done Dad! I want to be a good father to our child!" Pagputol ni Daryl sa sinasabi ng Daddy nya.

"Can't you understand that you are engage!" Sigaw na naman ng Daddy nya.

"Excuse me! Stop shouting! Makakasama sa magiging apo natin yan!" Suway ni mom kaya napatingin ako sa kanya. She smiled slightly at me.

"Tama sya hon! Matagal na natin gusto magkaroon ng apo diba? Let's just accept what has been done by the kids! Besides, nagmamahalan naman sila" Pageencourage naman nung mom ni Daryl sa Dad nya.

"But----"

"Lets end this conversation! Your son impregnated my daughter kaya kasal pa rin ang kahahantungan nun!" Sabi ni Dad.

"Great! Just great!" Napatingin kaming lahat kay Angel na biglang tumayo.

"So that's it! After the embarrassment you dragged me! I guess my family's debt was already paid Mr. And Mrs. Dixon!" She walked out from the scene. I suddenly feel bad about it kaya tumayo ako para habulin sya.

"She might hurt you!" Pagpigil sakin ni Daryl. I smiled at them and said "I'll be fine" I rushed to find Angel and when I found her, I instantly stopped her by grabbing her in her arm.

"What?" Pagalit nyang tanong.

"I was just---- I'm sorry!"

"Forget it! Hindi na mababalik ng sorry mo ang lahat ng nangyari sa buhay ko! In fact, hindi naman ikaw yung may kasalanan kundi si Daryl. But don't worry, I wont bother you! Anong laban ko sa baby na meron ka? " mataray na sabi nya but there were tears falling from her eyes na agad naman nyang pinunasan.

"Oh please! Don't pity me! I hate it! I'll go back to States and continue my life like what I used to before your in laws disturbed me! Well, I don't wish that you will have a happy life because I despised you, Daryl and his parents so much! Bye!" She turned her back on me and walked away. I smiled, she reminds me of myself and Black because that's how we act when things are not in favor on us. I remember our bitch days!
