Tzuyu and I played on the playground like little kids for hours. She pushed me on the swings. We went down the slides—or more, I went down the slides, and Tzuyu got stuck in them. Victoria had quite the laugh when I had to explain why we needed butter. We hung upside down on the monkey bars until we were lightheaded—in reality, I hung upside down, while Tzuyu simultaneously made sure the bars wouldn't break and I wouldn't fall and crack my skull open. Basically, Tzuyu was the one being responsible, and I was the one acting like a child most of the time, As if she was the unnie and I'm the younger one. Either way, we both had fun.

We stayed at the park until my mother called me, insisting that I needed to go home. When Tzuyu walked me home, I threw my arms around her in a bear hug. "I had fun today," I said. "We should do that again sometime."

She smiled at me. "Yeah," she agreed. "You know, excluding the part when I get stuck in the slides like a dumbass."

I laughed. "Yeah, excluding that, even though it was pretty funny."

She glared playfully at me. "You weren't the one with your ass sandwiched between two pieces of plastic for twenty minutes."

"It wasn't my fault you tried to go down the slide," I protested.

"if I remember correctly," she began, "you were the one who said, and I quote, 'Come on, Yoda. Don't be a baby'."

I shrugged. "So, maybe it is my fault. Only a little bit though. Now go home. Victoria going to kill you if you're not home in time for dinner."

She rolled her eyes. "Dinner isn't for another three hours, but okay." She leaned down and pressed her lips to my cheek. "Later beautiful."

I stepped out of the elongated embrace. "Actually, you won't see me until tomorrow, but okay."

She grinned. "That's what you think, Beautiful." She turned to go home, but then he paused and turned back to me. "Oh, could you tell your sister that I'll take her to the mall on Saturday?"

I frowned. "Why are you taking her to the mall?"

She shrugged. "I won't have anything better to do, considering you're going to be with Jackson on Saturday."

I rolled my eyes. "Alright, I'll pass the message on. Now seriously, go home."

"Thanks, Beautiful." She leaned down and quickly pressed her lips to mine before jumping over the steps and taking off down the street.

I stood there, gaping. What the hell was that? Why'd She kiss me? Again? I groaned. Some girls were so complicated. I turned to go inside my house, but stopped short when I saw my mother and her two sisters, Jessica and Yoona (YOLO!) standing in the doorway. They were all grinning at me. I groaned. "You saw that, didn't you?"

Aunt Jessica nodded vigorously. "Ne, Zaki. who was She?"

I felt my face burning. This is just what I needed: an interrogation from my mother and my aunts. "She's just a friend."

My mother grinned. "Zaki even a girl as inexperienced as you knows that that isn't what friends do," she teased.

"She's right, Zaki." Aunt Yoona said.

I groaned and pushed passed the sisters. "Shut up," I whined. I went into my room, hoping to escape my family, only to find my twin and three of my cousins in there.

"Hey sis," Dahyun said. "Where've you been?"

"Tzuyu," I answered shortly. "Why are you guys in my room?"

Aunt Jessica's daughter, Sojung, most likely known as Sowon, held up a hand. "Technically, Zaki, We're all girls."

I grabbed my brush off my dresser and threw it at her. "I don't care. Get out."
