SANA'S P.O.V
ㅡ (The events before Tzuyu's call)

On Thursday, I planned to talk to Mark. He was actually, surprisingly, Searching for me too. Apologizing that he was too busy from the past 2 weeks. Busy for what you ask? He didn't want to tell me.

Knowing me, I'm a nice person so I forgave him easily.

But something just feels so wrong.

An hour ago, Mina came by once again to talk to me about 'thinking-over-my-love-life'. Time passed by and I got to know Mina more. She's pure Japanese, Grew up in Las Vegas (correct me if I am wrong), And She was Tzuyu's childhood friend back in Las Vegas.

Tzuyu knew how to speak in English, But eventually forgotten about it. Mina came back here in Korea just to teach the younger one. Oh how sweet, right?

But she didn't tell me anything about them dating..

"Unnie, Do you remember that time when Tzuyu told you that we're dating?" Mina asked. I nodded, Obviously telling her to continue.

"Well, I'm not her girlfriend." I stared at her in disbelief. What is this girl talking about?

"What do you mean?"

Mina sighed. "I agreed to be in a fake relationship with Tzuyu for some personal issues. Tzuyu's still sexy, free and Single." She explained.

"Ah, Explains why you guys barely hang out. Or was it me not noticing it?"

"I don't know. All I know is that i'll be going back to Las Vegas after a month or two."

I just nodded my head. How could Tzuyu lie to me?

On the last Monday in March, Mrs. Park came over the intercom during lunch. "Students, tickets to the spring formal are now on sale, in the cafeteria, during all lunches, until Wednesday, April 13. The dance will take place in the cafeteria on Saturday, April 16. We look forward to seeing you there!"

As soon as she clicked off, Mark asked me, "Do you want to go?"

I frowned. "To the dance?"

"No, to the pig slaughtering," he said sarcastically. "Yes to the dance. Do you want to go?"

I shrugged. "Sure. I've never been to a school dance before, so it could be fun."

He beamed. "Great. I'll go buy the tickets." He pressed a quick kiss to my lips before getting up to go pay for the tickets.

Junior, one of the few of Mark's friends who didn't irritate me, nudged me. "Why've you never been to a dance?"

I shrugged. "Guys at my old school didn't want to ask me, and I didn't really feel like going anyway."

He frowned. "I thought all girls got really excited and shit over dances."

"Well, I don't," I said. "I don't really want to go to this one, but Mark seems excited about it for some reason, so I'll give it a chance."

"So you're going just 'cause Tuan wants to?"

"Pretty much, yeah," I answered, just as something caught my attention. I stood up and told them, "I'll be right back." I went over to my old table and crossed my arms. "Tzuyu, why are you staring at me?"

She reached up and removed a pair of ear buds from her ears. "Sorry, what? I didn't hear you, the music was too loud."

I sighed. "Why were you staring at me?"
