Chapter 31 - Tour's Over

here's a update folks I hope you enjoyed the last chapter I don't always right stuff like that so let me know if it was okay or if I rushed things a-lot, I have a feeling I did, I'm hoping to write more like that.

Demi picked me up with me still holding the guitar and the music still in my hands, Demi carried me into the garage and into the car, she placed me in the back seat and said "tonight's going to be so fun." As she got into the front seat and began to drive to the arena, when Demi parked the car she got out and opened my door she then picked me up and said "Kels is waiting at the backstage entrance for us." Demi walked through the crowd of paparazzi and lovatics, one of the lovatics called out "Demi are you going to tell us who your carrying?," Demi called out "you'll find out who she is tonight."

The lovatics screamed in joy, and smiled excited, Kels opened the door as Demi walked into the backstage entrance she then handed me to Kels and said "Kels will bring you onstage for rehearsals when it's time for neon lights okay." I nodded and she gave me a quick hug before she walked off to the stage, Kels carried me into Demi's dressing room and said "they want you to wear these when I bring you onstage."

She handed me a black leather jacket with metal spikes on the flaps, a white T-shirt, black ripped skinny jeans, and a pair of white convers, my mouth gaped and I said "did Demi do this?" Kels smiled and said "yea, she told them to put makeup on you too, she told her stylist and I quote 'to make you look like a rockstar', I smiled and said "I'm going to seriously hug and thank her after this." Kels took the guitar and said "I'll put this next to the stage on the stand so they can bring it out before you go on, I went over the music over and over in my head, until Kels came in and picked me up and took me to rehearsals with Demi.

After rehearsals Demi came into the dressing room and said "do you like the clothes," I smiled and said "I love them thank you so much," I leaned forward and gave her a hug she then said "you should change, I'm going to as well. I'm going to move the clothes rack between us, so it's not as awkward," She moved the clothes rack and we both changed into the clothes Demi finished changing first. When I finished changing Demi moved the clothes rack back to where it was and she said "you look amazing, just like a rocker," Demi walked over to the table and said "I noticed your ears aren't pierced, so let me put these fake earrings on you, then the stylist will come in and do mine and your makeup."

After Demi finished getting her makeup done she said "I've gotta go, so I'll see you at Neon lights," she walked out of the room as the stylist began applying makeup to my face, after about 15-20 minutes of sitting in a makeup chair, while the stylist did my hair and makeup. Kels came up and talked to me the rest of the time we waited backstage, and when it was time for me to go onstage she said "you ready," I nodded and said "yea, I'm really nervous though." Kels picked me up bridal style and said "you'll do fine, Demi's there she'll calm you down and I'm sure you'll do great don't worry." Kels walked onto the stage and I heard the screaming of fans as Demi said "I know you all have been wondering who this incredibly kind, caring, and beautiful girl is so it's time I tell the world she's my adopted daughter..."

Demi was cut off by the screaming of thousands of fans before she said "be nice please she's recovering from major surgery which is why she's being carried everywhere right now, but don't worry she's a fighter and she's going to perform neon lights on guitar with me." As kels set me down a security guard walked on and handed me the guitar, Demi walked next to me and put the mic down she whispered "you can do this, and if you mess up it'll be fine, I promise." A spotlight was set on me and Demi as the signal to play, I began to play and Demi sang, the rest of the band played as well, I smiled and looked at Demi she danced all sexy next to me before she winked and began to walk around the stage.

At the end of the song Demi came back over to me and finished singing the last of the song while me and the band played the last few notes, when we finished playing the song she said "give my adopted daughter a hand folks," she pointed the mic at me and said "say something to them." I said "thank you guys so much, and thank you so much mom for letting me play the guitar on stage with you." Demi smiled and picked me up in a hug and fans screamed she said "I love you Emily, so much," I wrapped my arms around her and said "I love you too Demi." Kels came out to take me off stage but Demi pointed to the guitar and stool, Kels took them off the stage and Demi carried me off but right before she walked off stage she kissed my forehead while the spotlight was still on us.

Her fans screamed as she kissed my forehead and she handed me to a security guard and said "I'll be done performing in no time," he brought me into Demi's dressing room where I was set down next to Kels on the chair. She said "you did amazing up there, you belong on stage, maybe Demi will make you a lead guitarist," I shook my head and said "it was fun but it'll take me awhile to memorize all those songs." Kels laughed and said "if you want you can take a nap, Demi told me you haven't been sleeping well," I nodded and laid my head down the back of the chair and folded my arms over my chest, I closed my eyes and fell asleep on the chair.
