Annabeth made her way through the market looking for fruits and bread that Jasmine said they would need on their journey. The day of the gathering had finally aren't and Jasmine and Annabeth were heading out tonight at sunset. "Annabeth" said a familiar voice from behind her. Annabeth turned around to see Sarah who still had a sling around her arm from the encounter with the two courtiers two weeks back. Annabeth and Sarah hadn't seen each other since then and never got to discuss the matter. Annabeth had agreed to get a coffee with Sarah after she left the market.
"Why did you do it after everything that" Sarah paused unable to finish the sentence. "Sarah we may have had our disagreements but I don't hate you I never hated you" said Annabeth surprised she meant it. Though yet their was still one part of the story that she didn't understand. "Sarah how exactly did you find yourself it that predicament" asked Annabeth. "Well since I started serving my apprenticeship I've been excelling and I believe the other girls had become jealous and wanted some revenge" explained Sarah. Annabeth had figured as much Sarah had alway excelled at school and often girls had become jealous. "Well I'm sure you know those girls must of had quite a lot of anger I can still feel it in my ribs" said Annabeth with a laugh.
Sarah smiled back but then her face became serious "I know I haven't said it yet but thank you and if you ever need a friend I'll be there I promise". Annabeth smiled and then realized she better get back to Jasmine before she paid the price. The two girls said goodbye to each other and Annabeth hopped on Black Knight and rode back to the cabin. Jasmine was waiting for her when she arrived "time to go" she said and the master and apprentice rode off into the sunset.
