"I'll send a letter letting then runner's corps know we won't make the gathering and the news of Salem" explained Jasmine saddling her horse Russell. "Do you really believe we can trust him" asked Annabeth raising a eyebrow. The informer Bryson had told them that he had sent himself and a army of 50 assassins to make make a raid at a kingdom village to spread the word of Salem's return. "Not entirely no but considering he spilled the information about Salem means he really wasn't holding anything back so it's possible what he said was true" said Jasmine never looking up. Annabeth considering the point nodded her head seeing how that made sense.
"Maybe you should go wake our prisoner" suggested Jasmine moving her head to wear Bryson was tied up dozing on a log. Annabeth nodded her head and moved over to Bryson and lightly touched his shoulder as he woke a jolt. "You know if your making me go on this long suckish journey you could at least give me my beauty sleep" said Bryson with mock innocence. Annabeth glared at him he couldn't have been more than 17 with shaggy brown hair and those dark brown eyes and yet somehow he was one of the most annoying people she had ever met.
"Annabeth are you gonna stand there all day get him up and let's go" called Jasmine. "So Annabeth is it" asked Bryson looking up. Quite personally Bryson admired the girls fire that she had shown all along which was part of the reason he decided to help her. "Get up" ordered Annabeth standing up her self waiting for him. "Gladly as soon as you untie these bonds" said Bryson with a smirk. Annabeth smiled and then gave him the ya right look. "Can't walk with my hands and legs tied together can I" asked Bryson. Annabeth grabbed her dagger and with one swift movement cut the ropes in half. "Thank you my lady" said Bryson with a bow. "Don't think I'm talking my eyes off you for a second" said Annabeth glaring. "I would despair if you did" replied Bryson with that mock innocence.
