"Annabeth we need you in the assembly hall now" called Jasmine opening the door to Annabeth's room. Annabeth sat up from her bed from where she had been trying to get some rest because believe it or not training a army was exhausting. "Everything ok" asked Annabeth recognizing the uneasiness in her voice. Jasmine sighed she had just come barging in her room at 1 in the morning and here she was wondering is something was wrong. "Sorry stupid question I'm coming" said Annabeth getting up following Jasmine out of the door.
When they got to the assembly room all the group leaders were their including Dunmer. Jasmine gestured to where Bryson was sitting near two empty seats for them to sit down. "So what's this about" asked Annabeth looking at Jasmine who already shaking her head in annoyance. "Why does this girl ask so many useless questions" asked Jasmine looking towards some unforeseen God in the sky. Annabeth snickered she wasn't sure why but Jasmine's annoyance sometimes pleased her. Soon Dumner called for attention and the room silenced. "Today we received Intel from one of our messengers about the incoming assassins invasion" started Dunmer.
Bryson kinda felt embarrassed about the way he had said that like every single one of them were monsters. "To get to the point someone in this village as warned the assassins of our business with the runners and they are now bringing reinforcements" explained Dunmer. A eruption of arguments erupted from the crowd while it took several minutes to quite them down. "Worry not we already have a theory as to who it is" said Dunmer now readying his guards. Annabeth looked at Jasmine but she was already a little busy keeping her eye on any sudden movements. "Who but a assassins to help another assassin guards take Bryson Carter away" ordered Dunmer.
Annabeth was already on her feet before Jasmine could stop her. She sucker punched the one on the right before he layed a hand on Bryson then drew her dagger on the approaching one.
