Katrina rummaged through her suitcase like a mad woman. She was so excited for her date she couldn't even function. Putting on her lipstick has never been such a struggle, but when you're smiling so much, it's very difficult.

She straightened her hair, and put on the only black dress that she had packed for the trip, she didn't think she'd be using it. She put on small silver hoop earrings as well. Her makeup was done in a warm and sultry colors like red with a pop of gold.

She just put on a lip gloss and started walking out the door as she saw Calvin a couple doors down, dressed in a suit and tie. She followed him out the hotel door and into the night. It was really starry outside, and despite the usual heat, it was very breezy

"Calvin, I haven't seen you dolled up since prom." She said, wondering why he was all dressed up as she waited for Leo, she fixed Calvin's undone tie

"Katrina? Is that you?" He asked

"Am I that un recognizable?" She asked, laughing a bit

"Yeah actually, its a bit weird. Where are you going?" He asked

She put on her heels, and sat on the sidewalk "Leo asked me on a date, I think that was obvious, but what about you?"

He rolled his eyes "I'm going on a date with someone I don't like or know, but your friends convinced me actually."

They really don't like him do they?

Katrina nodded "Well, I hope we get a table next to each other so we can play footsies and I can steal your bread." She said

He chuckled "Is that all I'm good for?" He said, before she could respond, Leo walked out

He gave her a kiss on the cheek as Calvin waved goodbye. The couple walked across the street, there was no point in getting a cab.

When they walked in, there was a girl in a red dress, with gorgeous bleach blonde hair.

Katrina anticipated that it was Calvin's date. Katrina couldn't help but feel some jealously and even got a little self conscious. This girl was drop dead gorgeous and Katrina felt almost uncomfortable. She gave Katrina a weird feeling, it was so familiar.

Leo and Katrina got a small table in the back, they were enjoying their meal and having such a nice time until Calvin just had to stroll over with his new girlfriend. Just thinking about the word made Katrina want to throw up.

Calvin didn't quite know how to introduce her "This is my uh-"

"Girlfriend, the name is Lauren" she said with a grin

It was obvious that Katrina didn't have time for childish games, she was an adult "Well, it's nice to meet you Lauren" Katrina said with a big smile

Calvin mouthed a 'help me' and as Lauren was walking away Calvin put down a napkin in front of Katrina

Leo looked at her oddly and when she opened it, it was bread from their table.

She laughed "Oh, it's an on going joke"

Leo laughed, as they continued talking. It was almost like every sentence he spoke, Katrina fell more and more in love with him.
