Raymond's POV:
"EVERYONE RUN!" I yelled on the top of my lungs.

I ran with all my might, twisting and turning, curving through and entering any path I could see.
I'm desperate.

I need to get out of here. I need to get out of here.

My vision started getting blurry from running so quickly, as hot steam erupted out, and covered the path in fog.

I screeched to a stop, almost falling over the ground.

Everywhere around me, had thick fog, not a single area was clear of it.

It was burning hot.
The steam wasn't called steam for no reason. Its heat rose, and covered me in drenching sweat. And worst of all, my heart is leaping out of my chest.

I could hear something big chasing me. It was a creature I've never seen before in my 15 years—and yet, I'm so sure what it is. I'm so sure that I could bet all of my money in the world.

Which of course is probably $5.00 that I saw on the ground but THAT'S NOT THE POINT.

Anyways.

The creature was big alright. An elephant would be nothing compared to its size.

I shook in fear, and stumbled back, as the heavy trudging start to grow closer to me.

So close, my body shook within its range.
So close that I could smell his nasty, foul breath.....his fire breathing breath.

Yes.

It was a dragon. Dragons who I thought weren't real. Dragons who only some believed existed.
But he was different.

He was a two-headed dragon, a fire and water head. I've saw it all. The large, flared nostrils. The piercing blue and red eyes, the slithering, purple tongue that escaped his mouth full of sharp razors, the immense tail of the beast, and worst of all, the dragon had no wings. And do you know what that meant?

It had more experience in catching prey on the ground.

At least in my definition.

And you know what that means too?

I'm dead meat.

The dragon inched his face, directly in front of me, letting me smell his burning smoke.

I sniffed in more than that though. I smelled the burning flames that lit and set fire onto innocent people, the treacherous water, that sprayed and drowned the town, flooding everything in its path, and the fangs of the dragon, tearing apart, and ripping its meal, one by one.

I closed my eyes and engulfed it all in, a vision appeared before me.

A girl was running. Running with all her might.
She was running, In what looks like to be at this exact place.
I couldn't see from who though.

She looked in a panic, from side to side, and yelled out "Help!" as she flung her hands to cover her eyes.

My thoughts were interrupted as I heard something, further beyond the walls, someone crying 'Help.'

I recognized it was the girl in my vision.
My lightning vision.

This is how I'm going to be able to help them.

The dragon opened its eyes, and without hesitating, slammed me into the wall.

I gasped as my head hit hard, my headaches piling in like it was a party.

Get up and fight like a man.

But Ima boy.

True.

I slowly stood up, my vision still unclear as I knocked into more walls.

There was an exit to the right of me, since I saw it at the corner of my awesome eyes. I limped to run, but just as I did, I was thrown back and the walls were folded up again.

And now the only exit...
Is...
Through the dragon.

I was cornered.

The dragon seemed to sneer as it threw back both its heads and started opening its mouth.
Both of its mouths.

But I was wrong. I've seen a lot of kids play outside back then and pretended to be dragons. I've seen it.

He was gonna blow.
Blow what? Fire? Water?
Fuck.

In panic, I dodge the fire by 2 cm, and the water turned into ice, freezing my upper body.

I guess it was both.
It was cold and I felt my stomach and chest getting numb.

I quickly paced back and forth, hitting the wall like an idiot. But at this moment, I thought maybe it could break the ice.

But of course, no.

The dragon quickly crawled to me, as beads of sweats started to form on my forehead.

I shut my eyes tightly. So tightly, I'm afraid I might go blind from all that pressure.

The dragon opened its fire mouth and got ready to burn me whole. The water head's fangs pierced out, looking shiny and ready to tear me flesh by flesh. And I swear, I swear to all the bruises I've had, that it was drooling.

I ain't food.

I shook away my thoughts as I tried looking away from the fangs. Not even closing my eyes would work.

I was pinned to the rough wall as the dragon inched closer, its fangs teared my collar off alread—oh great, I only have two shirts.
It was aiming at the perfect place in my neck to slice.

I didn't want to move my neck. Or i would die.

A few tears fell and soon made their way down to my cheeks as some droplets splattered down on my foot.

C'mon lightning power. Where are you when I need you?

I shook with panic as I felt another urge to throw up. But it wasn't the burst of energy in my powers. It was something else.

The dragon looked up in confusion as the walls started rumbling. It rumbled and lord jesus christ did I tell ya, it felt like a level 800 earthquake.

The dragon bounced up and down and shrieked in pain, while I found myself laying on the ground, rocking from heaven to hell.
I'm gonna die here.
I'm gonna eventually end up in hell.

My teeth was hitting against the floor like I just got braces, and my bruises were even more damaged now.

Suddenly, the brick walls started moving down, almost like it was being dragged down by something.

It started falling back into the ground as the dragon tried remaining stable.

Then it fell. All of the walls fell. To reveal another thing that I did not expect ever.

The two headed dragon laid sprawled on the ground, dizzy of the earthquake, and I felt like throwing up.

Guess they don't need my help. I thought as I witnessed a great battle in my eyes.

Between dragons, and humans.
