Sasuke's twin. [ DISCONTINUED]

Back home.

A few ANBU were jumping from tree to tree outside of the gates of Konoha when one spotted a young girl under a tree. He signaled to the others as they jumped down from the trees and moved closer to the girl. It was her, the one who went missing a few days ago. Quickly picking her up, they all headed back to see the Hokage.

"And that's all? You found her outside the gate? No one around?" Lord Hokage questions the ANBU as the leader nodded.

"The only thing we found was this strange mark on her shoulder... Similar to the one Anko has, sir." The leader said to him as he slowly pulled the shirt down around the girls neck to show the marking on her. The Hokage nodded slowly as the girl started to stir and wake up.

Hana looked around the room at the ANBU and the Hokage before she began to tear up. "Where's Nii-San?! I need him!" She screamed as she cried. The Hokage nodded at the ANBU as they left, him slowly walking over to the girl.

"They're going to get him. Can you tell me what happened, dear?" The Hokage wiped the tears from the girls eyes before looking up at him. She nodded slowly before she started telling him what happened.

"A snake-like man took me from home. He tied me up to a chair and bit my shoulder. It hurt a lot... I just wanna see Nii-San.." Hana spoke as her eyes drifted to the floor. The older man she was speaking to sighed, he couldn't be at it again, could he? He slowly watched the girl and placed his hand on her shoulder.

"Do you remember what his name was?" The Hokage watched Hana and she slowly nodded as she looked up at him.

"The guy with the grey hair said his name was Orochimaru.." She said softly as the door swung open. Hana turned around and ran towards the figure with tears in her eyes. "Nii-San!" She screamed as she jumped into his arms.

Itachi held his sister close to him in a tight embrace. He tightened his grip slightly as she cried against him, gently rubbing her back. "It's okay Hana. I'm here. You don't have to be afraid." Suddenly the girl stopped crying and pulled from her brother.

Her eyes were red as she grew angry, watching her older brother. "You promised me! You promised you would protect me and never let anything happen to me!" Itachi was shocked as he looked into his sisters eyes, now two tomoe in each eye. He quickly shook his head and sighed softly.

"I know I promised. I went looking for you ask soon as I got back from my mission. You can ask mom, dad, and ever Sasuke. I wanted to find out where you went." Itachi gently placed his hand on her cheek as she slowly calmed down. Hana closed her eyes for a moment before opening them. They were the normal dark color they always were.

Itachi quickly picked up Hana before looking at the Hokage. "The ANBU filled me in.. What am I going to tell my parents? Mother and Sasuke were extremely worried about her.." He said as the young girl in his arms leaned against him with her eyes slowly closing.

"I really don't know.. The three of us are the only ones who really know. Other than the few ANBU that found her. Can you tell them she was training with me?" The Hokage asked as he watched the girl, now asleep in her brothers arms. "We are going to have to seal the mark. If we don't, we have no idea what could happen."

Itachi nodded slowly before looking down at his sister. "I'll do it." Was all he said before he placed the sleeping girl in the chair. The Hokage walked towards the door and quickly locked it before nodding at Itachi.

He did a few hand signs before placing his hand over her marking.  The young girl screamed out in pain as her eyes quickly shot open. After a few minutes, the young girl was panting as she looked up at her brother and the Hokage.

"I'm sorry Hana.. but it was for your own good.." was all her brother said. A small frown appeared on his lips before grabbing her hand and heading towards the door. "Lets go get some dango before heading home."

Itachi unlocked the door and walked out with his little sister. Their hands tightly holding on to each other, hoping that he would never lose her again. He quickly glanced at the Hokage with a small nod before walking out of the room.

[ I wanna apologize this chapter kind of sucks. I've been writing it for the last three or four days. I've been trying to get a few chapter ideas up before completing one. Sorry! ]
