Sasuke's twin. [ DISCONTINUED]

The Uchiha Massacre.

Hana giggled softly as her, Sasuke, Meiko and Taro all began waking home from the academy. The four of them were all good friends, but Hana was closer to the other two. All four of them bonded well because they were twins. Once they got to the middle of town, Meiko and Taro said their goodbyes to Hana and Sasuke before running towards their house.

Hana grabbed onto Sasuke's hand once they started getting closer to their clans houses. "Sasu... something doesn't feel right.." she said softly as she slowly moved to cling to his side. The atmosphere seemed to changed once they moved towards where their clan was.

Hana slowly pulled away from Sasuke and ran around the houses, it was too quite. Usually at least a few family members would greet the twins as they came home from the academy but today was different. There was this erie feeling as she ran around the complex looking for at least one person. Once she shrugged she ran to her house.

Sasuke heard a blood curdling scream as he quickly ran towards it. He opened the door to the house as he saw Hana laying on the ground face down. "Hana!" He ran to her before noticing two bodies laying in the middle of the floor. "M-mom, d-dad..?"

Sasuke panicked softly before looking up and seeing Itachi. He eyed him up and slowly moved closer to him. Sasuke watched his brother before moving towards Hana on the ground. "Sissy wake up! We need to help mom and dad." He spoke softly as Itachi was no more than two feet away from the two.

Sasuke in a panic got up and ran from the room into a new room to hide. Placing his hands on each side of his head, tears slowly streamed down his cheeks. In the other room, he heard arguing, a girls voice shouting and yelling.

"You didn't have to do this, Nii-san! Mommy and daddy didn't deserve this!" The young girl yelled at her brother. Her eyes red with the sharingan. She stared at Itachi as he slowly kneeled down to her height.

"I'm sorry Hana... you and Sasuke will understand when you two are older..." Was all he said before standing back up to look for Sasuke.

Sasuke managed to gather up enough courage to leave the room to go find his brother. Once he opened the door, the male he was looking for was right there. The young boy looked up to his brother and pushed him with all his might. He ran back to where Hana was and stared at her for a moment before moving to her side.

"Y-you activated your sharingan?" He asked her softly. A small nod came from the girls head as they watched Itachi enter the room. Within seconds, Sasuke was in a genjutsu as Hana began throwing shurikens at him that were on the floor.

For just being a few months into the academy, her aim was pretty accurate. She managed to cut Itachi on his arm with two of the three shurikens she threw at him before she disappeared into the darkness. She was scared of her brother, was scared of what he did. He left Sasuke and her alive, why?

Sasuke was soon released from the genjutsu as Itachi was saying he needed to avenge the family and to learn how to activate the sharingan. Within a few moments, Itachi was gone.

Hana came out from where she was and stared down at her parents bodies on the floor. "Mommy... daddy..." she whispered as she knelt down beside them. She gently pushed on the bodies trying to wake them but it didn't work. Sasuke came over and hugged his sister tightly.

"It's okay, Hana... we will avenge them. I will always protect you. I'm always going to be by your side and I will never leave you like Itachi..." Sasuke said to his sister as she cried into his chest. The twins just sat there in each other's embrace before they went into town to try to find the Hokage. He needed to know why the two were now orphaned.
