"Temari! I told you! We are just friends!" Hana yelled at the girl, glaring at her. Temari smirked at the girl as they sat at a table at a restaurant down the street. The blonde crossed her arms over her cheek.

"I know you're lying. Ever since the first night of the festival, you two have been almost inseparable. You two are always training, always with each other. Plus, he told me about the kiss that night.." Hana's cheeks turned pink as she heard Temari speak. Then, Hana began to glare at the last part. Sighing, she knew she had been defeated.

"Okay, okay... so I may like him. A lot... I guess since the day I saw you three, I had a small crush on him.." the Uchiha spoke softly as she looked up at the girl across the table from her. Temari had the cockiest look on her face as Hana spoke. Hana sighed as she looked at Temari.

"I guess the two of us have some sort of feelings. We just.. never really have done anything after that kiss, except hug and hang out. I've been training a lot more too. Since I haven't been on any type of mission since being sent here." Hana chuckled softly as their food came.

Hana got something she usually ate at home, omirice and a few rice balls. Hana slowly sipped her tea as she looked up at the girl who sat across from her, who quickly began eating. Temari slowly looked up from her food and looked at Hana, nodding slowly. Hana soon began eating, leaning back in her chair some.

"I'm going to organize you two a date! For tonight! You are going to confess your feelings for him. I know he likes you." The blonde spoke with a smile. The young Uchiha looked at her then quickly shook her head.

"I-I don't want to confess my feelings.. what if he's just playing with mine? What if I'm falling into some trap? What if he's just trying to make me fall for him so he has the pleasure of telling me no?" Hana stared at her food. The frowned as a sigh slowly escaped her lips. Temari placed her hand on Hana's gently with a smile over her lips.

"Trust me, Hana. You have to worry about none of that! He likes you. When him and I are together, all he talks about is you. How beautiful you are, how strong and talented you are. Hana, he loves you.. he's never been like this before with any other girl." The blonde spoke to the girl in front of her. Her cheeks were pink as she thought about Kankuro. A small nod came from her.

"Okay... okay. Tonight, on our date, I'll confess my feelings for him. Thank you, Tem.." Hana smiled at the girl as they paid and soon left. Temari just nodded at Hana.

"No problem. Just meet him at the top of the Kazekage building at 6. I'll have it all planned out. Don't be late!" Temari said as she headed towards the academy and Hana went towards the training ground to train more with Gaara.

It was 5:55 and Hana looked over herself once more in the mirror. She had on the berry blue kimono with garnet trim on the sleeves and bottom. She left her jacket lay on her chair as she left her Suna headband on her desk. She let out a small sigh as she walked out her bedroom door and out of the house, heading up towards the roof of the building. Once she opened the door, she noticed Kankuro leaning on the railing, staring towards the slowly setting sun.

"Beautiful, isn't it?" Hana said quietly which startled the male. He jumped slightly before turning towards the girl with a smile.

"Yeah. Temari says mom used to bring us up here when we were little and watch the sun set.." Kankuro smiled softly as Hana moved over towards him, leaning on the railing with him.

"My mom would always do the same with Sasuke and I. She would usually then sing us our favorite lullabies before we fell asleep.." Hana closed her eyes slowly, smiling at the memories. Once she opened her eyes, she turned to Kankuro. He smiled at her before motioning to a blanket in the middle of the roof with a basket on it. Hana smiled more as they both moved towards the blanket and sat down.

Kankuro looked up at Hana for a moment before looking at the basket and opening it. He slowly began pulling out food. Rice balls, steamed pork dumplings, seafood yakioba, and also some cream puffs. Hana smiled as she began filling her plate, breaking her chopsticks in half before she began eating. She would glance up at the sky or at Kankuro every few minutes. She began to think as she watched the sky, Kankuro noticing.

"Is everything okay?" He asked her quietly. She slowly moved down from the sky and nodded with a large smile before returning to the food.

"Did you make all this?" She looked at him with a large smile. "It's really delicious!" Hana giggled as she placed a few more pork dumplings on her plate. He smiled at her and nodded slowly.

"Temari helped cook a good bit of it. Other than that, I did do it all myself. Thank you." He smiled brightly at the girl as she placed the plate down, hoping up. She walked towards the railing and jumped onto it, letting her feet dangle off the side.

Kankuro watched her curiously as she sat there and looked over the village. When she was young, her and Naruto would sometimes head to the top of the Hokage building and go on and on about how they were going to be Hokage. The view of the village from the top of the Hokage building and Kazekage building was absolutely breathtaking. Hana just smiled over the village.

"It's such a beautiful view of the village. Naruto and I would constantly got to the top of the Hokage building and look over the village..." Hana spoke softly as she felt a presence beside her. She looked and saw Kankuro leaning against the railing beside her.

"It is. When I get stressed out over a puppet, I usually come here to help calm me down. Temari was right, this is the best place for a picnic.." Kankuro chuckled as Hana's gaze moved from him to back over the village. Carefully, Kankuro wrapped his arm around the young girl, watching the sun set together.

Hana thought about what Temari told her earlier, growing nervous as what she was about to do. She turned slightly as looked at Kankuro. He turned his head slightly to look at her with a small smile on his lips. Hana smiled back before pressing her lips against his. Kankuro slowly wrapped his arms tightly around the girl as they kissed, afraid that she might fall off the railing. After a minute, they pulled apart. Kankuro placed his forehead against hers as she just giggled softly. Hana's cheeks were a light pink before she began to speak.

"Kankuro, I like you.." Hana said softly as Kankuro quickly pecked her lips.

"Well, I like you a lot, too.." he chuckled softly as he slowly pulled Hana off the railing and placed her gently on the ground. Hana's cheeks grew darker as she tightened her arms around his neck.

"Will you... be my girlfriend..?" He finally asked Hana. She slowly looked up at him and grinned widely.

"Of course! I would love to be your girlfriend." Hana said as she hugged him tightly. He smiled as he held her close against him. She giggled softly as she slowly pulled away from him.

The two of them stood there as they watched the sun finally set. Hana moved towards the blanket and laid down, crossing her hands over her head. She looked up towards the stars and yawned, soon falling asleep. Kankuro noticed she fell asleep and chuckled. He picked her up and cleaned up their picnic before heading back down from the riff on the building. He struggled to open the door, placing the basket in the kitchen table as he carried Hana bridal style. Temari was sitting on the couch reading a book before looking up at the two with a smile.

"Well..?" She asked curiously. Kankuro smiled some as he looked down at the sleeping girl in his arms. He quickly nodded.

"Thank you, sis.." he said as he took Hana down the hall to her room. He slowly opened the door with his foot before trying to place her in her bed. When she refused to let go, Kankuro just sighed, taking her towards his room. Once there, he crawled into bed with her and soon fell asleep with her.
