The Sand Siblings.

Hana was walking around with Meiko and Taro. The twins were talking about how excited they were for the chunin exams while Hana seemed distant from then. Of course she wanted to participate, but to her, the team didn't seem ready enough.

In the distance, Hana heard the yelling on the boy. She jumped to the nearby trees and moved until she stood on the same branch as her brother. Sasuke quickly looked at her.

"Why are you here?" He whispered as Hana watched the situation in front of them intently.

She didn't answer as she began to focus her chakra into her feet. She watched a man in black clothing with purple paint on his face pick on Konohamaru. Naruto, Udon, and Moegi behind him, yelling at the man in the black suit to let him go. Anger shot through the girl as she for read to leap from the tree.

Once the man in the black moved his hand into a fist and got ready to swing, Hana pushed off the tree and appeared quickly in front of the man and grabbed his fist. She glared at the man as he glared back at her.

"Have you ever heard of the saying pick on someone you own size?" She said as she watched the male chuckle. She tightened her grip on his fist.

"Coming from a girl at least five inches shorter than me. How about you run along and leave me to the kid." The male said with a smirk, Hana growled as she closed her eyes.

"Let him go!" She yelled, as she opened her eyes, the sharingan was activated. The male released Konohamaru as he ran over to his friends. The male soon raised his free fist and threw it at Hana, she caught it with her free hand.

"For a sand ninja, you're pretty slow." Hana smirked and shoved him backwards. The blonde behind him seemed surprised at her strength. The male Hana was dealing with glared at her and went to throw yet another punch when a voice was heard.

"Kankuro, stop." Everyone's heads shot towards the tree where Sasuke was. A red haired male stood there, upside down on the branch next to the young Uchiha male.

"But Garra! I was teaching that little brat a lesson, until this little brat interrupted me." The male named Kankuro said as he looked at Hana. He quickly looked away once he saw her red eyes. Something about that freaked him out, since her eyes were just recently an onyx color.

"I will kill you." With that said, the male in all black seemed to cower some as the red hair man spoke. He seemed to move to the ground with sand surrounding him. Hana blinked a few times as her eyes returned to normal.

"W-who are you guys?" Hana asked the man in the black, the red haired man, and the female. They looked at each other before the male in the black smirked.

"Well, I'm Kankuro, this is Garra and Temari." He said pointing between the other two. Garra seemed to eye Hana up before asking a question in his monotone voice.

"And who exactly are you?" Garra watched the female as a small smirked formed over her lips.

"Hana Uchiha." She said as she eyed up the red head and the male in black. She seemed to see a twinkle in Kankuro's eye before turning her attention back to Garra.

"I can't wait to see you at the exams then." And with that, the three sand siblings began walking away... until Sakura started talking.

Hana zoned the pinkette out as she seemed to watches Kankuro. She noticed this thing wrapped up on his back. What was it? Her eyes slowly moved up at met his eyes, quickly turning to look towards Sakura.

"The chunin exams?" The pinkette questioned the sand siblings. Before the blonde could answer, Hana did.

"The chunin exams are for any genin who wants to be a chunin. Put through multiple test to find out if they're capable. It only happens every few years." The young Uchiha answered as she looked over at Sakura. The pinkette looked at her confused as Hana help up a paper from her pocket.

"Sensi said he suggested us for the chunin exams. You can't go if you don't have the papers." She slid her paper back in her pocket before turning to look at the three sand siblings again.

"So.. that's why they're here?" Sakura said as Hana sighed. She mentally face palmed. How naive could this girl be.

"Yes. That's why they're here. They're participating for the exams." Hana rolled at her eyes. "Ya know, sometimes you're really stupid." She said towards Sakura as she walked away.

Behind her, an angry girl yelled at her as she walked pasted the sand siblings, when she caught a smirk from Kankuro out of the corner of her eye.

"Can't wait to see you there, shorty." He whispered as she continued to walk.

After a awhile, Hana found Meiko and Taro and ran over to them. They were at the training groups, practicing. Hana smirked and threw a kunai past both of there heads and landed perfectly in the target.

"Show off.." Meiko laughed softly at her friend as the twins ran to her side. "So. Why did you run off earlier?"

"Konohamaru was in trouble. This cocky sand ninja had him. He seemed scared of me after I activated my sharingan." Hana laughed softly as she walked from the grounds with her friends.

"I can't wait for the exams. I can't wait to become a chunin!" Taro exclaimed as he watched the two girls nod.

"My brother told me I was going to be a strong ninja.. he always told me that since I was young.." The young Uchiha said softer as she thought of her older brother.

"Well, now it's time to make him proud!" Meiko said as they went to the BBQ restaurant. They all sat down and ate, enjoying the rest of the day before the exams started the next day.
