Chapter XXX • Tighten Love

"Hey babe, open your eyes na..."

It's her voice, I know. Her sweet scent and her strong presence... I can feel her, even if I can't see her actually, because my eyes were still close. I gave her a wide smile while covering myself with the blanket, then I slowly opened my eyes...

"Good morning babe!" I shouted as I removed the blanket over my face.

But...I just found...nothing? She's not here pala? But, I've heard her voice and I actually smelled her, I felt her presence naman? Then where's Bea? Gahd. How naman yun? Umalis nanaman ba siya parang kahapon? Para bumalik naman sa family niya? Para sundin yung gusto ng mom niya? Na iwan niya na ko?

"Bea?" I whispered as I started to fix myself.

/Bea/

Flashback.

"B-bea?!" Jho shouted as she saw me inside the dining area while drinking a cup of coffee.

5:00am? Then gising pa din siya? And parang kadarating palang, saan naman kaya 'to galing? Gahdnes.

"Jho, 5 na diba? Bakit gising ka pa?" I asked her calmly as I sipped on my black coffee.

"Are you crazy Bea?!" She started crying hard as she threw her pouch on the floor. "Tinatanong mo ko kung bakit gising pa ko hanggang ngayon?! Eh baka naman po kasi umalis yung girlfriend ko nung 7am palang then hindi na umuwi hanggang 12am?!" She's now standing in front of me while wiping her tears repeatedly.

"Kaya eto nabaliw nako kakahanap sayo?! Tapos ngayon makikita ko? Pachill-chill ka lang naman pala dito?! Kung kasi nagpaalam ka kahapon kung saan ka pupunta edi sana di na kita hinintay maghapon..."

Omy. Nakalimutan ko pala. Gahd, oo nga pala may naghihintay sakin... Ugh! Bakit ko naman kasi nakalimutan si Jho? Dahil lang sa guy na yon? Dahil lang kay Thirdy na yon nakalimutan ko si Jhoana buong araw? No. This can't be.

I'm so unfair talaga!

"Oh my god, Jhoana..." I muttered as I stand to face her.

Ngayon ko lang talaga na-realize. Wiws, ang laki ng kasalanan ko kay Jho neto. Shet.

"OMG mo mukha mo!" She shouted then after that, she stepped back as her gaze dropped on the floor.

"I'm really really sorry babe..." I said as I held her both hands.

"Babe? Talaga lang? Eh bakit amoy alak ka Bea? Ah alam ko na... Fun time with some girls? Wow ha!" Her brows were creased and her tears were still betraying her.

I know, she's mad talaga, lalo sakin. Di ko naman siya masisisi eh, ako naman yung may kasalanan. Ako talaga.

"Sorry babe, please just let me explain first..." I muttered as I pulled her closer to me. Di naman siya tumutol, pero I know na di siya masyadong interested na makinig sakin.

"Eto Jho, babe first of all kaya kasi ako umalis nung 7am kasi I've decided to search a descent job na para pantustos satin. Then ayun, sa lahat kasi ng company na pinagpasahan ko, lahat rejected naman ako...kaya ayon an old friend caught my attention and had volunteered to treat me to a party house, kaya tinanggap ko naman...Babe, kaibigan ko lang naman yon, don't worry..." I explained as I placed my palm on her cheek.

"Then my car ran out of fuel nung pauwi na sana ko kaya I also asked my friend a small favor na ihatid nako dito, then bukas we'll just pick up my car sa may party house na yon para mauwi ko na dito... I'm really sorry babe..." I said to her as I hugged her tightly while brushing her hair by my fingers.

"I'm so sorry Jho, promise po di na po talaga mauulit..." I whispered as I kissed her forehead softly.

I pushed her gently so I can see her reaction for my words... Her tears were still there, but her mad face already disappeared. Her sweet smile slowly fade in, her braces shine as the light seek at those metals...

"It's okay, wag mo nalang ulitin, mahal kita Bea kaya di nako magtatampo pa..." She whispered as her tears flowed out again.

"I love you too babe, sorry ulit..."

/Bea/

"1...2...3" I whispered as her footsteps made my heart beats faster. "Surprise! Happy monthsary babe!!!" I shouted as she stepped inside the dining.

"Oh my goodness Bea..." She whispered as she putted her hands on her mouth.

"Hi baby! Can you still remember? That night, when we're both crying dun sa may pond because we're confused about sa feelings natin? When we have realized what's us, we kissed and confessed!" I said excitedly as I held her both cheeks.

"Hey, oh my god, oh my... Please calm down first Bea. Actually I can't breath na, wait..." Jho muttered as she chuckled silently while holding my left hand.

"Hey, be quick babe. Can you still remember that night?" I asked as I made my face more serious.

"Yes naman babe...I can still remember the feeling of your kiss...the way you say those words that made us different. I can still remember that unforgettable night Bea..." Jho said as she looked at my eyes directly.

I smiled because of her answer, then gave her my black handkerchief.

"Handkerchief? For what naman?" She asked me as she unfold the black hanky.

"Uhm. Blind fold yourself, please?"

Before I close the door of the dining I asked her to just stay outside nalang that area. She just agreed naman with me and started to blind fold herself... Sadyang masunuring bata talaga.

"Okay guys ganto..."
