ONE OF THE BEST BOOKS I EVER READ IN MY LIFE!
This was an amazingly, extraordinary, beautiful, tremendous book. Finally...finally something different from those stupid books on bloodsuckers vampires. I had enough of that! I mean it's always so obvious what's going to happen in those kind of books but this was finally something different and excitingly thrilling. I admit it was even better than the mortal instruments or yes even Divergent. I just loved this book and I think it's definitely my favorite book now!
SPOILERS!!!
So starting from the beginning – I tried to read this book a couple of months ago but couldn't even get to the part when Teresa arrives in the Box. But recently I watched the movie and just got caught in the atmosphere of all of it. I loved it so i read the book as soon as possible after that and loved the book even more. I love that the book starts with Thomas already in action, and when he is out you are just as confused about what's happening and he doesn't remember anything about the past. I think it makes easier to bond with the character. The reading is really easy and thrilling. My favorite character was Teresa then Newt, Minho and Thomas. I liked Chuck as well and was really sorry for him in the end. Especially about the fact that in the middle of the book when Thomas was jailed, he promises Chuck that he will get him home to his mom and it's so sad that they just finally got out of the maze. I almost thought for a bit that Chuck was Thomas's brother, it would make sense that he cares so much for him.
Teresa is a good character. She gives the twist to the story and actually made me want to know more about her and the secrets that she was holding while in coma. It's actually surprising that she is kept safe in the Glade until she wakes up. I don't get why they throw her in the jail thing, and it was great when Thomas always tried to protect her. If I think about it, she is the one who reveals that the maze is a code and then Thomas gets it so she is a great help to them all. I love her, she's really great and it is stupid how in the next books everything is ruined for her.
Newt is my second favorite character alongside with Minho and Thomas. Newt has a great personality and I love how he is portrayed by Thomas Brodie Sangster! That's exactly how I imagined him. I'll be honest, because he is my favorite actor ever that makes me like Newt even more!
Newt worries and cares for everyone, and it makes sense he is second in command. Alby is sometimes really angry about things while Newt is the calmer one.
It's great when they manage to escape but still sad when some of the boys are just a blink from salvation but the grievers come and wipe away half of them just as if they were nothing. That's so cruel but I am glad that at least Teresa and Newt and Minho and Thomas makes it. It's disturbing how Alby throws himself to the grievers because he is scared of what awaits him out in the world, also before when he smacks his head on the table and sets fire to the maps room. And Gally is even more disturbing, I mean they already have so much problems already and he makes it even harder for everyone. At least I know that there was a reason for that. (I have read all three of the books)
Overall the book was really satisfying and it definitely left me filled and thrilled. I was glad that at least they made it out even though all the Gally crap with killing Chuck but yeah, I loved this book! It's definitely one of my favorite book! And I know that because of what happens in the other books some people have hard feeling for Teresa, including Thomas himself (and I absolutely hate that!), but everyone has their own opinions. And she is my favorite female character ever!

After reading this whole trilogy I started another book but I seriously couldn't concentrate on that book and it kept looking ridiculous to read it. It looked so weak against all the thrill of the Maze Runner series. I wish it never had to end.
