Lauren's POV

I sat in my sleeping bag and just wondered.

She said to me earlier 'i thought you already knew.' did she think I actually knew she had a crush developing on him.

Uh... no!

I just thought she was actually starting to see him as I nice guy and as a friend.

I couldn't help but notice that when she came down in the red he watched her a lot, like a hawk watching it's prey and waiting for the right time to strike.

I'll have to ask her if he looks at her a lot and compare it to what I saw today. but since he told us red was his favorite color, well deep red, than maybe, since she was wearing red, it attracted his attention?

No one will ever know. a guys mind can be so confusing to a girl, especially someone like him who never seemed to have feelings before.

I rolled over and fixed my position so I could let myself rest and worry about this tomorrow.

Lindsey's POV

I sat back on the couch and watched another movie. I pulled my knees up to my chest and rested my chin down.

It's how I always sat during movies, it was comfortable for me. Jessica always told me it was because I was little and I could be comfortable any way I sat.

Louis sat next to me and played with his phone. Candy crush, angry birds, anything to keep him from watching this movie.

It was... Geek Charming.

He absolutely couldn't stand this movie and I told him I didn't care I wanted to watch it.

He finally leaned forward and snatched the remote off of the table and exited the movie.

"Hey!" I yelled.

He out his finger to his lips, telling my to be quiet. The girls had gone up ten minutes ago and said they were going to bed.

That's girl code for were going to gossip and talk about other stuff while people think were really asleep.

And the sad part was he had sisters. He should know this stuff!

"I'm going to go check on the girls. make sure their all set for the night." he said. "I'll be right back. And we can watch something else."

He stood up and slid his phone into his back pocket.

"Fine." I mumbled.

He walked over to the stairs and crept up. I rolled my eyes at him and let out a small giggle.

He totally liked her and didn't even want to admit it. he thought I was stupid enough to believe his lies.

All I had to do was watch his actions and see how he acted when he was around her. It was easy to see. He did a horrible job hiding it.

I scoffed at his ignorance.

And he thought I'd buy it all.....

Louis POV

I slowly crept up the stairs and to Jessica's room. I listened in the door to make sure they were talking.

Cause if they were I didn't want to barge in or be caught.

I didn't hear anything.

Thank god. I wasn't in the mood to explain my whole life story to her and worst off is she wouldn't believe a word of it.

I put my hand on the door knob and slowly twisted it, trying not to make any kind of sound to give me away.

I pushed the door open and peeked my head in.

All the girls were asleep and curled up in their sleeping bags. All sleeping soundly and their breathing regular.

I looked over at Jess. I wanted to make sure she was ok before I went back downstairs. Last time she ended up waking up screaming and crying.

I didn't want to leave her alone of that was going to happen again.

She looked like she was ok. Her breathing seemed regular and she seemed peaceful.

Her eyes weren't going crazy under her eyelids like they usually do when someone is having a nightmare.

I carefully shut the door behind me before walking down the hall and descending the stairway.

I went back down into the living room and sat down next to Lindsey on the couch.

"Can we watch my little pony?" she asked. She gave me the puppy dog eyes and pouted her lip out.

I couldn't help but get lost in her eyes. they were so much like Jess. I just wished I could stare into her eyes all day.

"Please...." Lindsey whined, snapping me out of my prior thoughts

I sighed and shrugged my shoulders. "Why not?"

A smile spread across her face and she began to jump up and down. She jumped forward and pulled me into a short hug before turning around and picking the remote off the couch next to her.

she than started to movie.

I leaned back into the couch and decided I should watch this. I let out a yawn and stretched my arms out before bringing them back down and setting one on the couches arm and the other on my leg.

"Do you wanna lie down? I can move." Lindsey asked.

I turned to her and smiled giving her a slight nod. "You sure."

She nodded. "Yeah."

She hoped off the couch and sat on the floor where she had been earlier, leaning against the coffee table.

I pulled the pillow from the other side of the opposite side of the couch. I pulled it over to my side and set it down before lowing down and stretching out.

I watched the movie for awhile until, finally, my eyes dropped closed and I let myself fall into a sleep with little dreams.
