Annabeth's POV
We decided to tell people right away since Percy had to stuff his hand into his mouth as soon as we woke up. By the time he was done in the bathroom, sharing it with Malcom, my brother knew. He stated that he had no self control and admitted that he told Derek too, and Rosie. I dragged  him out of the cabin as soon as I dressed. So when Piper asked, I didn't hold back.
"Where have you been after dinner? I was looking for you and not even your siblings... knew. Hot damn!"
Piper stared at my hand wide eyed.
"You're getting married Annabeth! Gods that's so amazing!" She squealed. Literally everyone turned to Percy's table where we were all sitting. "Piper!" Percy tried to silent our friend who sometimes happened to loose it when it came to love stuff even though she wouldn't admit it.
Jason and Leo were grinning, Percy must have told them before. Everyone started talking but Chiron silenced them and looked at us asking for an explanation.
"I-" I glanced at Percy.
"We," I started at once with Percy again.
"You talk." He told me and stood up next to me with a blue waffle in his hand...
"Percy proposed to me yesterday and I said yes. We'll go to Olympus to ask our godly parents and if they approve we'd really like to marry here in camp, maybe before the end of the summer," I stated loud enough for everyone in the Mess hall to hear me. News spread fast so I better make it clear.
"Congratulations then," Chiron smiled honestly happy for the first time in ages.
Some campers seemed awed, mouths hanging open but some just started eating again.
"When are you due again?" It was Drew who spoke so rudely.
Percy chuckled. I glared at him like you serious right now?
"Not until we finish College at least, I'd say." Percy called at her.
"Yeah." The queen mean girl scoffed again.
"Really Drew?" I said, mocking her. "Unlike you, I'm gonna know who the father is 100% because I don't go around breaking hearts after a week's relationship for fun." I said her way, exhausted. Everyone started laughing at her and Drew charm spoke them to shut up but some still giggled like crazy. We heard a lot of congrats as we left to my cabin.
When we told the camp we had only 5 more people to announce the news to. First I decided to deal with my father. "Dad?" I was IM-ing him but he seemed pretty occupied.
"Dad! Your daughter here!"
He looked up and stared at me. Wait no, at Percy who was sitting on my bed, eating his blue gummi rings.
"Hello Annabeth. How are you?" "Uhm, I'm fine. I just wanted to tell you that I'm going to marry Percy. At least if Athena lets us survive today."
He dropped the plane model he was just gluing together.
"What? Who?" His jaw dropped and I smiled at him.
"You've already met Percy back at Mount Tamalpais. That's him," Percy leaned over me so my father could see him too.
"Hello Mr.Chase," Percy waved at my father and destroyed the IM.
"Come on..."
"Sorry Wise girl, I'll get the spray bottle and drachmas."
When I made the new IM I told dad what we've been through, emphasizing how Percy always stayed by my side. After I told him about Tartarus and the war with Gaea he had no other option than declaring Percy his soon to be son in law. What could he say to his adult daughter who ran away when she was 6 and literally went through hell anyway?
NOT MUCH.
He wanted to meet Percy properly though so I promised we'd visit this year and he could come to the wedding this summer.
"That went well," Percy kissed me. Our lips touched and I felt like drowning in the smell of sea.
"Wait for my mother. I'm really not afraid of telling Sally or Paul. But my mother doesn't like when you're crossing the line."
"What line?" Percy smirked at me and leaned closer. "Do you mean this line?" He started kissing me again, trailing his hands over my skin. Every kiss calmed me down more than anything ever could. I twisted my legs around him and sat on his lap.
"I'm pretty sure she hates you for this specifically." I chuckled.
Percy kissed my forehead as he pushed the hair out of my face.
"When I first saw you, the first thing I noticed were your beautiful eyes and those princess curly hair... Sooo..."
"Yes?" I said after I kissed him to make him unfocused but it didn't work this time.
"So I dare you, my princess, to come and slay the dragon with me. We still got 4 heads left."
"I'd rather fight Hydra than explain why I want to marry you to my mother."
I got up and took my backpack.
"Come on, we need to tell my mother too before she finds out from someone else."
Percy got up and took his gummi rings with him. I'd never get how he could eat half of the 1 kg pack in less than 1 day. We took Blackjack and Zea, who was perfectly calm and flew smoothly. I often took her on flights. She was beige with a dark black mane and she was indeed the loveliest pegasus I've ever seen.
We headed towards the city.
