I'm so late cause I underestimated the packing and was totally taken by the fact I was missing things I needed to the camp. Btw, the camp was amazing and I'm thinking of going as a counselor next year.
Let's get into it. . .
So it's 12 years since the first PJ book came out right? Should be. Anyways, Percy's birthday, however important they are for me and us all, aren't the only thing that happened on that day.
Did you remember Silena? Ethan, Castor, Michael, Luke? All the satyrs and nature spirits. And what about Charles who died a day sooner? I did.
Those people are the reasons why Percy made it through that day in one piece and I'll never forget that for they are heroes. But lets not get all depressive because it wasn't all bad in a certain way. On that day Charlie reunited with Silena and she found redemption. I honestly never blamed her. Charlie and Silena bot died to save their friends. He gave them time. She gave them the motive to fight.
The next person was Luke and Ethan, both of them did some very bad things. Be honest, who hated Luke too? I did, a lot, but then he was good and suddenly I hated ever hating him. They sacrificed themselves to make things right. Just to torture you I present this line "Family Luke, you promised."
That's all folks. . .
And now I can finally get to Percy, HAPPY BIRTHDAY YOU DORK! We all love you from the depths of Tartarus to the moon and back (rather not completely back).
I guess I don't really need to explain how and why I love Percy anymore cause like, what am I writing about all the time? Percy Jackson is my world and I kinda worship Rick Riordan for giving him to us :D
Btw, I'm sick so I've got some time right now and hey, I'll go write ♥
