Chapter Twenty-Two: The Glue That Sticks And Breaks

Frank's POV
I rubbed Violet's back softly as she cried into my chest. I don't know who the person Violet was talking to but either Gerard was being an ass or he has a valid reason for causing all this.

I then heard no noise except for the sounds of the tv on almost mute. I looked Violet to see her sleeping softly in my lap, she had her head on my chest and her legs bunched up. I got up quietly to not wake her and laid her down on her bed, putting the blanket over her. I kissed her forehead which made her roll over and I giggled.

Soon enough I heard the door open and Gerard mumbling cusses. I then walked out of the bedroom and Gerard rushed to me quickly.

"Where's Violet!? Is she here!? Is she okay!? Is she still mad!?" Gerard asked obviously panicking

"Calm down Gee, yes she's here, she's in the room, yes she is okay, and no she is not mad but really upset about getting mad. What happened that made you guys fight? She's been sobbing into my chest since she got home."

Violet's POV
I awoke feeling nauseous and sorrowful, I groaned in response to these feelings. I grabbed the blanket on me and threw it to the other side of the bed. I then realized I was in bed...hmmp Frank put me here I guess. I smiled a tiny smile and continued onto my adventure to beyond this room.

I got up instantly feeling worse so I grabbed the bed and led myself to the bedroom door. I opened it silently but yet swiftly. I was then met with Gerard crying and Frank trying to calm him down.

"Gee it's okay she's not going to hate you, you didn't do anything."

"Yes she is!"

"...Gerard I don't hate you." I replied in soft tone

"P-princess?" He asked with his face tear stained

"Yes it's me Gee."

He then picked me up and hugged me

"I love you." He whispered

"I love you too."

"I don't want to fight ever again."

"Me either Gee."

I then felt joyful once again

"Gerard?" I asked snuggled into his side

"Yes princess?"

"Can you please tell me what's so bad about Andy?"

"Well he used to be my friend, but he took over my kingdom I lived in and ruined everyone's lives. He also hurt someone I really love..."

"And who's that?"

There was a silence but he spoke back up

"He hurt you but that's all I'm going to say."

"What do you mean?"

"Before you slipped into a coma he hurt you."

"Oh..."

"And to top that off he's a vampire."

"Great now I'm scared, thanks Gerard."

"You'll be safe with me princess don't worry." He reassured planting a kiss on my forehead making me drift to sleep
