Chapter Fourty-Five: Jacob The Debater And Violet The Coffee Addict

"Princess we are going to the store, wanna go?" Gerard asked as the guys walked to the car

"Nah I think I'm gonna stay here." I replied looking at Jacob who has been acting aggravated all day

"Well okay, text me if you need anything, love you bye." Gerard cheered and closed the door

"Love you too." I sighed and sat next to Jacob at the breakfast table "So what's wrong with you?"

"Nothing." He answered blankly and stirred the spoon in his cereal from this morning

"C'mon I'm not stupid, I know something is wrong."

"It's nothing."

"Jacob..."

"Damnit Violet! I said nothing is wrong!" Jacob shouted and hopped out of the bar stool

"Jacob I know something is wrong just tell me!"

"Fine you know what fine! I'm fucking angry about how you treat our damn family!"

"What!?"

"The way you talk about Zoe! The way you don't show respect to our Grandparents, Aunts, and Uncle Sebastian! It's ridiculous! What have they done to you!?"

"What have they done to me!? They have basically bullied me Jacob!"

"You're delusional and so selfish!"

"How the fuck am I selfish!?"

"You don't care about anyone elses feelings other than yours. Remember when you promised me you would hang out with me more often, that was a lie! And you made me wait here for you!"

"What do you mean wait!?"

"Because you decided to be selfish once again you committed suicide! Then I had to wait a fucking year for you!"

I could my throat burning and hot tears threatening to fall.

"I'm sorry." I said barely above a whisper and dashed to my room locking the door

"Violet I'm sorry I didn't mean it!" Jacob shouted

I put my earbuds in to block the shouts from Jacob and blast Green Day.

I awoke with a tear stained face and my messy hair sticking to my face. I scanned the arm that draped around my waist to conclude it was Gerard.

I looked at him to see his red hair covering his hair and he was still in regular clothing. I moved his hair out of his face to reveal his expression stern but yet softened, I wonder if Jacob told him. I kissed his forehead and relaxed back down on my pillow. He sat up and looked at me with a sad smile.

"Good morning princess."

"Morning." I replied bluntly

"I'm sorry." He whispered

"Jacob told you didn't he?"

"Yeah...he's not right you know."

"...Should I forgive him?"

"I think you should talk to him and try to because it's not fair. You forgive me all the time for snapping so you have to try with him."

"Yeah I guess you're right..."

"Now let's go get breakfast." He replied and walked to his closet

"Like actually go somewhere?"

"Yeah why not."

"Only if they have coffee."

"God you're addicted to coffee."

"Shut up."
